Job Description

Serve as the coordinator for Darphin E&M-commerce, planning and production/engineering. Support internal ELC Online Temp, Online Customer Service, NA Marketing & Operations, Producers and Engineers to address the following: inventory set-up & monitoring, promotion execution, technical EQ, change control and bug management. Provide support to the Darphin Online team in various aspects of Ecommerce business. This position reports into the

Executive Director of Ecommerce for Darphin.

Key Responsibilities:

PRODUCT SUPPORT:

* Responsible for ongoing maintenance and update of the product database, including addition of new products and continuous update of information (e.g. discontinued products, price, limited life, etc.) Data entry for all product details, status and threshold changes for product inventory. Tests all product data before going live.
* Coordinate product photography as necessary, including gathering product, scheduling, approving shoot concepts and timely delivery of final artwork from the vendor. Work with vendor on posting all product images to website.
* Create and maintain the North America New Product Worksheet and distribute updates to Online, Customer Service/Operations, Sales Operations, Vendor Partners and Retailers.com
* Coordinate all basic stock needs, discuss upcoming Promotions, Emails, Launches, Virtual Kits Inventory--ensure inventory is on hand and ready for site refresh dates.
* Act as liaison between online groups, planning and in-house/3rd party warehouses across all lines of communication
* Analyze new Launch Sell-Thru, Backorder and Threshold Reports. Cascade critical data to planning teams; adjusting programming dates as necessary.
* Merchandise all products within approved categories. Monitor product category success and recommend merchandising opportunities based on analytics.
* Work with Executive Director to executive RTVs and manage aged inventory
* Help track status of all purchase orders--research, liaise and troubleshoot issues with planning team, NASC, Operations and cascade to Executive Director for contingency marketing planning as necessary

OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

* Set up all offer codes via Offer Manager, .Net, Drupal CMS or Resource Bundle as necessary. Conduct final user testing and quality assurance processes on all new offer codes. Report on offer performance.
* Maintain detailed Promo calendar including adding new, changing dates, deleting expired promos. Ensure distribution via Customer Serviceand to Sales Operations, Vendor Partners, and Production/Engineering. Conduct all Customer Service and Operations calls.
* Serve as the main point of contact for Customer Service and Operations--receive, research and respond to daily operations requests including:

-Order processing/fulfillment questions and issues

-Management of customer accounts and communications updates (opt

in/opt out)

-Policies and procudures compliance (purchase limitations

escalations/appeasements approvals)

-Gift card management/requests (deactivate/debit/credit, resend eGift

-cards, mail out physical cards

* Work with team members to resolve escalated Customer Service issues.
* Maintain promos sample quantities within sample document and track sample usage in weekly promotions.

PROJECT / DATABASE SUPPORT:

* Ensure day to day refresh and bug fixing tasks are prioritized and fed into buzgilla to the appropriate engineer including: Offers, Refresh and New Content, CS messaging changes, Non-fullfiller-related 3rd party feed updates (Cheetah, Bazaarvoice), Tagging (DoubleClick) Device Optimization and site upgrades.
* Manage the day to day refresh timeline with designers and engineers.
* Serve as the key point of contact for escalations of production issues to engineering team.
* Schedule, QA, approve, and push Darphin Online Refreshes.
* Conduct final user testing and quality assurance processes on all new site refresh and content to ensure accuracy, browser compatibility and highest quality user experience.
* Assist in site QA for site upgrade projects.
* Maintain all store database data and changes. Proactively ensure edits are collected and made in a timely fashion each season.

MARKETING SUPPORT

* Assist in creation of weekly emails.
* Coordinate and send all weekly email assets to vendor partner in a timely fashion.
* Coordinate email set up, testing and approval of all emails for an on time deployment.
* Assist in creation of Performance Marketing initiatives, ensuring vendor partners have all necessary information – images, copy, promotion and launch details.
* Assist in creation of Search and Display initiatives, ensuring vendor partners have all necessary information – images, copy, promotion and launch details.
* Utilize Coremetrics Link Generator tool to create tracked links for all projects. QA test all links for proper structure and data capture.

ADMINISTRATIVE:

* Schedule meetings and meeting rooms as necessary.
* Order and organize product closet.
* Organize and maintain folders within the shared drives.
* Assist in invoice payment and filing.
* Review publications for newsworthy articles.
* Assist in various additional administrative tasks and projects as necessary.

**Qualifications:**

* Position requires 0-2 years related experience; Online experience a plus.
* Strong knowledge of Merchandising or other planning experience.
* Strong knowledge of all phases of web development from concept to information architecture to design, development, and QA
* MS Office with proficiency in excel.
* Detail-orientated individual with strong organizational skills.
* Appreciation for fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
