**Description:**
*POSITION SUMMARY:*
Be the Subject Matter Expert for the Supply Management of NA Lean Repetetive Flexible Supply expansion in North America plants. The focus will be on the "GREEN Streams" and will have linkages within Source-Make-Deliver within our North American Supply Chain.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
*Lead and Drive NA LRfS Expansion from Supply Management perspective.*

* Coordinates LRfS activities across key functions: Plant Operations, Lean & CI, Resource Planning, Material Management, Center of Excellence, Distribution and External Suppliers.
* Coordiante LRfS planning activities and process adherence with local RP Directors and Planners.
* Coordinate startup activities with Material Management and key Suppliers.
* Coordinate Supplier Kanbans and Pull Systems to match LRfS Green Streams.
* Manage the development of Safety Stock levels for Raw Materials, Components and Finish Goods.
* Manage short term LRfS Supplier cadence and long term Delfor requirements.
* Support COE & Resource Planning groups with Block Planning and LRfS Automated planning transition.

Manage Green Stream LRfS related to Metrics and KPIs.

* Plant Attainment: Net and Absolute
* Inventory: Raw Material, Components, Finish Goods, Safety Stock.
* Supplier Performance: Kanban, Pull Systems, and overall Reliability.
* Customer Service metrics of Green Stream Codes: OOS & Fill Rate
* Agreed to global LRfS KPI's that will impact North America.

*Leadership activities*

* Provide guidance, direction, and coaching as it pertains to Lean RfS planning and scheduling techniques and adherence. Provide training, problem solving and ensure that LRfS Run Strategies are understood and executed effectively.
* Ensure that there is alignment with critical functions Resource Planning, Brand Supply Management, Materials Management, Plant Operations, Plant Lean and CI Leads, Distribution Center Leads, Center of Excellence Leads and Demand Planning Leads. Creating proper communication and relationships is a must.
* Ensure that there is appropriate level of "connectivity" with Global Counterparts with regards to the successful expansion and execution of Lean RfS globally.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or Technical related field.
* Graduate Degree is a plus
* 10 Years in a Supply Chain and or Manufacturing Operations environment
* Lean Sigma Black Belt Certified/Lean 6 Sigma Subject Matter Expert
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate, build relationships, train and develop, and people management skills.
* Thorough knowledge of Operations Planning, Scheduling and Materials Procurement; Knows the relation to Demand Planning, Forecasting and the SIOP process as it pertains to plant planning and scheduling within a SAP enviornment.
* Must have a strong understanding of Lean Repetitive Flexible Supply Planning techniques and linkages to Demand Driven MRP concepts.
* Very strong analytical capabilities, use of SAP and other report modeling techniques.
* Understands the Lean concepts of Flow, Pull and Push Principles within the end to end integrated Supply Chain.
