**Description:**
LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT (60%)
- Ideate, develop and execute strategically creative traditional and digital big ideas to amplify brand awareness, engagement and trial in a 360 way
- Drive global communications fiscal strategies to maximize traditional and digital press coverage with an emphasis on US and Canadian media
- Create compelling and targeted traditional and digital strategy dossiers, press materials, communication toolkits, event materials, pitch letters, Q&As, scripts, creative delivery recommendations and internal communication materials
- Develop compelling traditional and digital press and influencer programs/events to deliver high-potential media impressions and amplify brand affinity
- Offer extensive, broad-ranged point of view and experience across a variety of media channels and markets (traditional, digital, social, Canadian, US Hispanic)
- Launch new products and brand equity activations with a sophisticated knowledge of trends, consumer insights, cultural nuances and pop culture
- Lead digital, online and social PR campaign ideas, thought leadership, coordination and execution to create content and assets
- Cultivate and create strategic partnerships/relationships with key influencers, tastemakers and third party brand integrations that are globally/locally relevant, cutting-edge to elevate the brand messaging in a 360 way
- Secure and deliver qualitative and quantitative best-in-class, impactful results for traditional and digital press
- Cultivate, drive and maintain relationships with bloggers/vloggers and other social media influencers
- Facilitate spokespeople press and event needs, including strategy, messaging, schedules and product needs, media interviews and appearances
- Create highly engaging multi-media presentations for global brand meeting and conferences
- Manage up, down and around to foster a collaborative and cooperative environment of open communication, best practice sharing and productivity
- Represent brand internally and externally across all levels of the organization and influencers/press
- Work closely with North America marketing team to offer PR support and counsel around regional priorities
- Work with team members to develop alternative methods of visibility (beyond product launches) to maximize opportunities for the brand
- Navigate multiple constituents, platforms and communities to ensure strategies/goals are delivered
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, regions and brands and work cooperatively on 360 ideas
- Supervise Assistant Manager, Coordinator and Intern on specific projects, processes, systems, as needed
PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING & INDEPENDENCE OF ACTION & ACCOUNTABILITY (20%)
- Create solutions to complex problems and execute with excellence

- Deliver upon short-term goals while building long-range plans
BUDGET (20%)
- Manage global fiscal PR budget and breakdown of program with direction and supervision from senior team
- Support senior team with fiscal budget planning, estimates and development
- Oversee invoice processing, operational billing needs and open commitment reports
**Qualifications:**
Must possess 8-10 years of prior agency/in-house PR experience, preferably a global role leading a team. Must be a proven strategic and creative leader with strong digital, writing, presentation, budget and communication skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a 360 way, work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, manage and execute multiple projects at once, possess strong judgment, understand the prestige beauty, traditional/digital media landscape as well as culture nuances and the consumer mindset.
