**E-commerce Associate La Mer/Jo Malone Online**

The E-commerce Associate will support the E-commerce Director for Jo Malone and La Mer Online and report in to them. Responsible for the execution of website updates/enhancements, new functionality, strategic merchandizing, improving usability, and updating content for La Mer and Jo Malone North America. Plan and coordinate timing for refreshes and all site projects that require copy, creative, & engineering resources from inception through launch to ensure both deadlines & business goals have been successfully accomplished. Work closely with key cross functional teams to plan and prioritize project tasks. Manages the 3rd party agencies/developers for site maintenance/production.

This role works reports to the Director of NA Ecommerce and the E-Commerce team while working very closely with the following teams: ELC online production, Digital Marketing, Creative, Copy, and Customer Service. Partners with Global Site Producers for project completion.

**_Asset Creation:_**

* Create and track monthly requests for new product copy, merchandising window copy, email copy, shaded product hex values and distribute final assets.
* Obtain new product comps from marketing and schedule photography to meet online/email delivery dates
* Work with engineers to deploy new product images and shaded swatches on website

**_New Product Tracking and Database Maintenance:_**

* Maintain New Product Worksheet: Track new product information from forecast to ship, and notify team of changes that affect e-mail/content/merchandising strategy. Update documents (i.e.content plan) with replacement recommendations based on brand priorities, past site promotions and online visitor traffic and performance.
* Monitor inventory of incoming new products and ensure that forecasted quantities of saleable and sample products are received.
* Manage sample inventory/allocation as well as ensure images are available for samples. If images do not exist for samples, work with outside vendors to acquire them.
* Ensure collection of assets and new product information for all sections of the site from internal brand sources. Confirm accuracy of prices, weight claims, shade names, works well with, etc. before products are set live.
* Enter new product information and copy into database. Update database to reflect discontinued products, changes in price, shades, weight and copy. Maintain product categories in database for jomalone.com, lamer.com and retailer sites
* Develop and enter keywords to improve on site search as well as external search programs. Determine ROI of search terms with key outside partners.

**_Customer Service/Quality Assurance_**

* Manage ‘Team La Mer’ calendar, surveys and feedback**__**

* Assisting with the execution of online marketing plans for branded websites as well as retail partners.
* Work with internal groups (Creative, Copy, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to coordinate and develop online assets and traffic email newsletters/marketing programs for approval
* Work with Ecommerce Team and External Vendors to create and execute strategic email marketing programs.
* Conduct final user testing and quality assurance processes on all new pages, applications, e-mails, offer codes and new products to ensure accuracy, browser compatibility and high quality user experience.
* Enter and test promotional offer codes
* Maintain and distribute Promotions Calendar
* Maintain Email Performance Documents
* Provide backup support on Customer Service inquiries.
* Assist E-commerce team in planning marketing programs/calendars
* Provide assets to internal/external partners i.e international, retailers, vendors

**_Brand Site/Retailer Responsibilities_**

* Will act as key point person for corporate initiatives, ie BCA, La Mer Oceans Project, etc.
* Together with Ecommerce Director develop and implement a Customer Loyalty and Retention Program.
* Develop marketing programs for retailer.com and manage asset delivery, marketing calendar and partner with retailers to develop new
* Manage redesign bugs, learn new Drupal CMS and schedule/QA all refreshes in a timely manner
* Develop a rollout strategy to implement changes to the re-designed websites to be sure they are locally relevant for North America.
* Develop marketing programs to build and grow our successful replenishment program and reward enrollees.
* Manage Mobile/SMS marketing; track, develop and release mobile assets to markets and analyze results of program in North America

**_Analytics_**

* Assist with analytics by creating tracked links for in depth reporting of consumer behavior for onsite, email newsletters and partner promotions. Assist in the overall analysis and documentation of campaigns/promotions.
* Data collection for daily/weekly/monthly reporting on sales, traffic and customer behavior (through use of Excel). Compile reports with key learnings and a summary of recommendations. The reports would be shared, distributed and reviewed by the supervisors.

## Qualifications

* 2+ Years of Experience
* Bachelor’s Degree.
* MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Detail oriented, ability to multi-task. Appreciation for a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e. web-based reports, databases and various multimedia technologies).
* Strong organizational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be a brand advocate and team player.
