Main responsibility areas:

Collecting data from various internal and external sources; by coordinating with different departments, using different computer application tools or/and other ways and turning into information and knowledge.

Be informed about company products and services and research customer’s main needs and creating business viable proposals.

Preparing and implementing of Annual Plan for Market Research and other adhoc based Market Research activities.

Participating in preparing and Administrating budget on Market Research Annual Plan.

Studying the output of market research and its effect in the company operation and do necessary actions to administer concerned stakeholders to prepare action plan for addressing business shortcoming or capitalize on business opportunities.

Providing support in business forecast for different company KPIs and supporting company based planning process

Preparing operational performance measuring reports related to customers, product and services and creating necessary environment and platform for its execution for market research related analytics.

Being second opinion generators for the products to be or being launched in Market by product division and proposing different business viable products with the analytical background.

Providing inputs to Market Communication Unit over the effectiveness of the MarCom activities based on Analytical and Market Research background.

Keeping track of competitors’ actions and analyzing its effect on Ncell Business and alerting the stakeholders in time.

Keeping track of new innovations and new trends in the analytics and market research world and making use of those changes for the better of Ncell business.

Regular tracking of department budget, planning and suggesting improvement areas for effective budget utilization.

Other jobs as advised by immediate superior.

Your qualification and experience:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management / Economics/Statistics. Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar field.

Your profile:

Sound knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel/PowerPoint/MS Word.

SPSS knowledge will be of added advantage.

2. Position: Specialist, Country Center of Expertise

Department: Human Resources

Section: Country Center of Expertise

Requirement: 1

Main responsibility areas:

Review and coordinate with BP’s to update Job Descriptions for all the job positions and archive up-dated Job

Descriptions (soft copies as well as the signed hard copies) and handover the hard copies to Compensation & Benefits Unit to update in HR SAP and personnel file.

Develop OHS Management System including but not limited to investigation, risk assessment, actions, action plan and execution/follow up with all departments.

Make sure the OHS policies, instructions and guidelines are in place following company guidelines and local legal requirements.

Coordinate with service providers for periodic health checkup, arrangement of employees’ emergency health and safety related issues.

Coordinate and process all the health insurance claims of employees and their family members.

Timely insure employee insurance updates, renewal and payments meeting given timeline.

Keep the organization structure updated in Intranet and Power point/Visio as defined and reporting the updates on time.

Take supporting role of Crisis Management team and liaise with CMT in execution and functions

Act as a contact point for Sustainability (HR) related task as assigned by the manager.

Collaborate with Business Partners and Compensation & Benefits functions and extend support as needed. In addition, extend support to Performance Management as and when needed.

Handling staff inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report complaints if any to next level.

Your qualification and experience
