About the role:
Aurizon is currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive Customer Service Officer to join our customer service team, based either in Melbourne or Brisbane. This role will interface with number of our customers and will be responsible for operational communications coordinating responses to enquiries in a timely efficient manner. This role is a key point of contact in our Customer Service function to ensure we meet our obligations and world class customer service is delivered.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with our customers
Continuous improvement to the services we are providing
Accurately entering customer orders
Capture recovery costs from customers
Daily communication to customers regarding performance
At times lead meeting with our customers
Reporting
About you:
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Possess the ability to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
Excellent conflict and negotiation skills
Possess a strong customer service background
High Level of computer skills
