Kemarin tanggal 31 Mei 2014 Konami kembali merilis patch terbaru untuk PES 2014, yaitu PESEdit.com 2014 Patch 4.4. Didalam patch versi ini sudah terdapat Data Pack 6.10 yang sudah ada Copa Libertadores yang terbaru. Negara-negara yang baru mengumumkan squadnya untuk FIFA World Cup 2014 juga sudah terdapat di Patch 4.4 ini seperti Brazil, England, dan Germany. Di PESEdit.com 2014 Patch 4.4 juga sudah terdapat beberapa kits baru, beberapa diantaranya adalah Home Kits Barcelona untuk tahun 2014-2015, Kits Adidas yang akan dipakai Bosnia and Herzegovina, dan Kits alternatif untuk Spain di FIFA World Cup 2014.
