The partners of Elvinger, Hoss & Prussen are pleased to announce that Sophie Dupin, Olivier Gaston-Braud and Xavier Le Sourne have been made partners as of 1st of January 2015.

Sophie Dupin advises investment fund promoters and other financial institutions in relation to the set-up, structuring and administration of their Luxembourg investment fund operations. Her practice concentrates on collective asset management, investment funds, management companies and professionals of the financial sector. Sophie is an active member of various ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry) working groups and is implicated in ALCO (Luxembourg Association of Compliance Officers).

Olivier Gaston-Braud has specialised for more than ten years in corporate tax, transactional and investment related tax matters including international tax planning, M&A, private wealth planning, both in direct and indirect taxes, as well as in transactional corporate aspects, and regulatory matters. He is also a member of the IFA (International Fiscal Association) and of the IBA (International Bar Association). Olivier is one of the founders of Young IFA Luxembourg.

Xavier Le Sourne's practice concentrates on collective asset management and investment funds. More particularly, he advises private equity firms dealing with any asset classes, including equity, quasi equity or debt financing and real estate sponsors following inter alia core, core plus or opportunistic strategies. He is an active member of the LPEA (Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association) and co-chairs its legal committee. He is also an active member of the ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry) Real Estate and Private Equity and Venture Capital working groups.
