Now in its ninth year, the awards are made up of 17 categories designed to recognise the county’s top talent within the tourism and hospitality industry with Cranage Hall’s win attributed to its commitment to excellence, quality in service and sustainability.

The hotel was also recognised for its support of other local businesses through its innovative North West Farmers Market package. The market is created on a bespoke basis for delegates and includes a wide range of food stalls offering the finest local produce from Cheshire Hog Roast spit roasted in salt and thyme to traditional Cheshire Stew with oatcakes to Cheshire Ice Cream Parlour and a selection of ales, gins and fruit juice from Tatton Brewers.

General Manager of Cranage Hall, Richard Mansell, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been victorious in the Business Tourism category this year. To be recognised for our customer service and support for the local economy is a real honour and the award is testament to the team here at Cranage Hall who really do pride themselves in always going that extra mile for our clients.”

The venue is hidden away in 20 acres of picturesque natural woodland in the heart of Cheshire, combining a modern conference, training and events centre with a beautiful hotel that caters for everything from weddings of up to 300 people to relaxing weekend breaks for families.

Cranage Hall is also within easy reach of Manchester Airport and city centre as well as popular attractions such as Chester Zoo being situated just minutes from the J18 and M6.

The award winning PH Hotels group offers 23 premier hotel and conference venues across the UK, each unique in its own way but united in offering unrivalled quality, service and attention to detail.
