Mr. Cohen is a veteran of the education industry, and will be advising Trilogy on strategic growth initiatives as the company enters its next stage. Trilogy partners with top tier post–secondary education institutions throughout the country.

Mr. Cohen, an expert on scaling disruptive education companies, has previously worked for notable organizations including 2U, which helps universities create the world's best online degree programs, and at The Princeton Review, a leading test prep company. At 2U, Mr. Cohen was the Founding Chief Financial Officer, and later served as the Chief Operating Officer and President. In these capacities, Mr. Cohen worked closely with the CEO to grow the company from inception to scale, and remains a company advisor. Mr. Cohen began his career at The Princeton Review as the founder of the organization's largest franchise network in New Jersey. After selling the franchise in 2001, he was tapped by the company to work in a number of executive roles, including Executive Vice President and General Manager of the K12 Division, Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, and Chief Financial Officer of the K12 Test Prep Divisions.
