Valve has finally kicked off its highly anticipated Steam Holiday Sale, which offers discounts of up to 80 percent on hundreds of PC and Mac titles.
Users who are familiar with the sale will recognize the store layout, but for those who aren’t, here’s a quick rundown: Every 24 hours nine titles will receive major discounts as part of the Daily Deals section, these offers will be available for 48 hours after they begin. As well as Daily deals, four titles will receive heavy discounts every eight hours as part of the Flash Deals section. Finally, one game will be discounted every eight hours based on users’ votes in the Community’s Choice section.
