A night to remember is coming soon to the original Beach Club at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G, with a visit from Chef Sylvain Royer of Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G.

We are delighted to announce that Executive Chef Sylvian Royer of Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant will inspire the beachgoers with a 4 course set menu at The Sunset Lounge on Tuesday, 20th August from 6:30 to 22:00 hrs.

A native of France, the incredibly talented Chef Sylvain has worked with some of the biggest names and in several Michelin star restaurants across the globe.

For one night only, Chef Sylvain will present a unique menu, exclusive to The Sunset Lounge and comprised of a delectable 4 course menu that will showcase his talents with such delights as Escargot de Bourgogne (Burgundy snails), Saint Jacques d’Hokkaido (Grilled Scallops, mash potato, truffle sauce), Tenderloin Rossini (Australian Waggyu beef fillet, foie Gras and Truffle Sauce), warm Camembert with truffle, and desserts that are the perfect finish to such a fabulous feast.

In keeping with the style of dining restaurants, guests will bring their own wine to the dinner.

Tickets are only Baht 1,300 net per person and places are limited to 70 guests only. Expect the evening to entice your senses and satisfy your palate with a new exciting experience that is fun, intriguing and unique.

The Beach Club Restaurant opens every day from 6:30 – 22:00 hrs.
