Drupal has been regarded as one of the most easy to use and applicable content management system. Initially it had been incepted as a bulletin board and now it has taken over as a content management system in competition with WordPress and Joomla.

Drupal is an open source platform, which has been developed by core developers and is supported in terms of plugins, modules, themes etc. by its widespread community throughout the world.

Out of the communities of all other content management systems Drupal’s community and their website is active and more organized. Their main aim is to spread the word of Drupal around the locality and bring it on a global platform. Drupalars from all around the world, themers, and Drupal evangelists have been able to do so over the years through community gatherings like DrupalCamp.
