Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF), a registered non-governmental organization in Azerbaijan, is a recognised leader in the field of grants management and program administration in Azerbaijan. EPF is inviting quotations from eligible and responsible companies for web development services for our local office in Baku.
2. Services required
Undertake in-depth audit of the current status of 2 organisational websites – this should cover design and usability.
Carry out the re-design and building of 2 websites following briefing and close consultation with the Client. The service provider should develop at least three different design templates for the sites. Offers for re-design should consider: easy usability of the interface, ability to upload different file formats, ability to stream of audio and video materials, mobile optimization, automatized analytical features for tracking site statistics, integration of social platforms, and migrating current website content.
3. Requirements for applicants
To be a registered company in Azerbaijan;
At least 3 years proven record of service provision in web development to private companies and other organizations;
Capacity to offer services in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages as needed.
4. Negotiations, Evaluation and Award
It is anticipated that successful offers will only be selected solely on the basis of this call for quotations. However, EPF reserves the right to conduct negotiations and request clarifications prior to awarding a contract. The award will be made to the applicant whose offer follows the RFQ instructions, meets the requirements, and is judged to be the most attractive to the Client in terms of cost, expertise and responsiveness to the proposal specifications.
5. Prices
Quotations must be expressed in Azerbaijani Manat (AZN) and all-inclusive of any associated costs, included taxes and other fees. Applicants may put forward different options at different price points, and prices should reflect the services offered. All services must be clearly labeled and aggregated in the total price.
6. Questions and Clarifications
All questions and clarifications regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing at info@epfound.az no later than 6:00 PM AZT, on Friday November 25, 2016.
7. Offer Deadline
Offers must be received by e-mail to info@epfound.az no later than 05:00 PM AZT, on Wednesday November 30, 2016 . Please quote RFQ in the subject line of your email. The following documents are required as part of the submission:
Company profile - including a point of contact, with telephone and e-mail address;
Scan of registration document with the relevant state body;
Three (3) references from previous and current clients which have received services similar to those required in this RFQ;
Completed offer including all services requested.
