Job Description
We are looking for an experienced business systems analysts (3 empty positions) with creative problem solving skills. An ideal candidate must have an effective and strong communication and inter-personal skills. The candidate should have an ability to interact with diverse group of system owners and system users in professional manner.
Job requires work closely with system owners and users to examine existing business models, processes and data flows, gather and analyze system and business requirements, offer logical system designs following requirements gathered, business rules and local legislations.
The candidate is expected to be familiar with business process modelling techniques, have some understanding of software development and be a good technical writer to document and communicate system requirements with software developers, team leaders and other stakeholders.
We also expect the candidate to be able to do business process reengineering in some cases in order to improve current business processes and offer quantifiable improvements to current inefficient business processes.
Job Responsibilities
As a systems analyst your primary responsibilities will be:
Analyzing client’s current cross-functional business process and operations
Analyzing client’s existing information systems
Find, gather and document technical and business requirements by close communication with system user and owner
Understand local statutory requirements and business processes, work closely with developers to ensure that they know what to develop and answer business process related questions of the developers
Educate end user by writing user manuals and delivering training and presentations
Design and present logical system designs to stakeholders
Closely participate in testing and implementation of new system
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or any other related field
1-3 years of professional experience in business systems analysis domain – preferable in ERP, accounting, HR systems, warehouse management etc.
At least introductory skills and knowledge of software and database programming (understand how things work in large software systems)
Familiar with system development lifecycle, context diagrams, activity diagrams, UML and have skills and experience in use case diagrams, business process modelling
Knowledge and professional skills in accounting and other business disciplines, and experience in ERP projects, programming skills are an advantage
Working hours:
Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm. Additional time and weekend working may be required in exceptional cases.
