Future Seminar brings together 30 outstanding students from all over the world with the top professionals in the area of knowledge management. The main purpose is to acquire new applicable knowledge and develop some new skills in the area of leadership and knowledge management. The name "Future" comes from the term "Future Centre", a place where professionals, colleagues and business partners meet and seek for solving a certain problem. Similar centres have been used for long time by countries like Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Israel and the Netherlands. The seminar consists of workshops which are, for the 9th year in the row, engaged with top experts in the field of intellectual capital. It is lead by already regular guest at the seminar, professor Charles Savage. Future Seminar on Intellectual Capital promotes teamwork, communication skills and "outside of the box" thinking. Also, it encourages creative thinking in order to design and launch new projects by the participants. Another thing that says a lot about the size and significance of the project is the fact that it has the official support of the Croatian President, professor Ivo Josipović, PhD. eSTUDENT is the biggest and the most active student association in Croatia. The whole association, as well as the projects, workshops and initiatives, is run by the students who possess great motivation and will to improve not just a quality of students’ life in Croatia, but also their whole surroundings. The vision of the association is to become a recognizable brand which embodies the best students from the fields of social and natural sciences. Experience of international youth exchange became a significant element of educational system, because of the economic and political connections that have happened in Europe. That is why we strive to develop international relationships with partner institutions from all over the world, encourage student mobility and participation in international programs and projects.
