An environmentally friendly fuel conditioner, comprised of native Australian flora such as Eucalyptus, will now be sold direct to the Chinese public after IN-Balance opened its first retail store in Meishan City, China.

IN-Balance is an Aboriginal-owned business and exporter of the eco-friendly ‘FCC’ fuel conditioner, which improves fuel efficiency by up to 15 per cent as well as reducing emissions.

“IN-Balance entered the Chinese market just six months ago and our FCC fuel conditioner is now available in 130 CNPC service stations across the Sichuan Province,” said CEO of IN-Balance, Dwayne Rowland.

The FCC retail store is the first of four planned for Chengdu in 2017, with a national rollout planned for 2018.

The FCC fuel conditioner is distributed throughout China by the company’s Chinese partner FuelQC, based in Chengdu, Sichuan. The company has access to 23,000 CNPC petrol stations across China.

“The FCC fuel conditioner from IN-Balance is an Australian innovation. It improves fuel quality, reduces emissions and protects the engine,” said Mr Rowland.

IN-Balance is an award winning sustainable, ethical business. It was a national finalist in Austrade’s National Export Awards in the ‘Environmental Solutions’ category.

IN-Balance was formed with the dual goals of exporting an innovative range of Australian environmental industrial cleaning products as well as creating a business that would nurture meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities for Aboriginal people.

“As an ethical business, we aim to distribute environmentally sustainable products as well as create long term employment opportunities for people who need a job and want to work,” said Mr Rowland.

The products are manufactured by Perth-based Choice Chem and distributed by IN-Balance. They have been approved for by the Environmental Protection Agency in the United States as well as the equivalent in the European Union.

IN-Balance’s products include the “FCC” fuel conditioner, “BARC” biodegradable bitumen and asphalt remover, “DTW” internal hydrocarbon tank cleaner and “Red Roar” non-toxic industrial cleaning agent.

The company currently exports to Timor Leste, China, United States, Mexico and Malaysia.
