Each participant in the Great Gun Giveaway must be of legal age in the jurisdiction in which he or she resides. Only residents of the United States may participate in the Great Gun Giveaway.
Entries will be accepted from (i) the first day of each calendar month to the 15th of that month, and (ii) the 16th of each calendar month to the last day of that month. The entry deadlines for drawings will be midnight (Arizona Time) on the 15th of the month and the last day of the month. Each participant’s entry will be placed into two (2) separate drawings and a winner will be randomly selected for each drawing. A winner for each drawing will be chosen by a designated employee of Davidson’s Inc. (dba GalleryofGuns.com) (“Davidson’s”) by randomly selecting from the entries submitted for that drawing.
A participant must provide Davidson’s with accurate information on the entry form. Davidson’s reserves the right to disqualify a participant if inaccurate or incomplete information is suspected for any reason.
Only one entry will be allowed per household for each drawing. Davidson’s reserves the right to disqualify any participant for making additional entries into a drawing not in accordance with these Rules. Employees and contractors of Davidson’s, and members of their immediate families, are prohibited from participating in the Great Gun Giveaway.
Each winner of the Great Gun Giveaway will be contacted by Davidson’s either by email or by telephone, and the winner’s name will be identified on GalleryofGuns.com. Once Davidson’s makes an effort to contact a winning participant, the winner must communicate with Davidson’s promptly or forfeit the prize. If a winner does not contact Davidson’s within 30 days of the date that Davidson’s first attempts to contact such winner, the winner shall automatically forfeit the prize and a new drawing for the prize will take place.
A winning participant must pass appropriate background check(s), and comply with applicable federal, state and local laws in order to take possession of the firearm prize. Only the winning participant may take possession of the firearm. Failure to comply with all federal, state and local laws including, but not limited to, any required background check(s) for firearm possession will result in the forfeiture of the prize and another winner will be selected to receive that prize. A prize may not be exchanged for its cash value. No substitution of prizes for cash or other goods and services will be permitted; provided, however, except Davidson’s reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of approximate equal value. All expenses other than shipping, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winning participant
Davidson’s will assume no responsibility for the use of a firearm won through the Great Gun Giveaway, and each winner will be responsible for the proper safe handling and storage of the firearm. Each winner shall be responsible for obtaining proper instruction for the safe use and handling of the firearm. By participating in the Great Gun Giveaway, participants assume sole liability for and agree to indemnify and hold Davidson’s, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, injuries, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees) claimed to be caused from participating in the Great Gun Giveaway, or the acceptance, possession, loss, use or misuse of any prize awarded.
Davidson’s reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Great Gun Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, computer virus, bug, tampering, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Davidson’s, in its sole discretion. If terminated, Davidson’s may, in its sole discretion, determine a winner or winners from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to time of such action.
Davidson’s respects the privacy of all participants. Except for the name and town of a winning participant, as described below, Davidson’s will not sell, share or disclose identifying personal information of a participant to a third party without the participant’s consent or unless required by applicable law.
By entering the Great Gun Giveaway, each participant agrees that Davidson’s and/or its agents may post the participant’s entry on Davidson’s website or affiliated websites and in any and all publicity and advertising for Gallery of Guns and/or Davidson’s, without any further attribution, notification or compensation to the participant (except if participant is a resident of Tennessee or resides in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by law). Without limitation, each winning participant agrees that Davidson’s is granted the right to use the participant’s first and/or last name and hometown on websites, in press releases, and in advertising. Davidson’s shall have no obligation (express or implied) to use any entry in such a manner, including any winning entry, and no participants shall be entitled to any damages or other relief by reason of Davidson’s use or non-use of any such information.
A participant may from time to time receive information directly from Davidson’s through GalleryofGuns.com if the participant affirmatively indicates that he or she would like to be notified of future Great Gun Giveaways and special promotions from GalleryofGuns.com. A participant may unsubscribe from such emails at any time upon request. Instructions for unsubscribing may be found at GalleryofGuns.com.
By participating in a drawing, each participant agrees to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of Davidson’s. Each participant agrees to be contacted by Davidson’s or its agents by telephone, mail and/or email regarding the Great Gun Giveaway. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of a participant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the submitting email account is registered. All matters relating to the Great Gun Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
