$10,000 Payment Payoff Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY, AA, AE, and AP who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
The Sweepstakes begins on June 24, 2015 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT"), ends on August 25, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Promotion Period") and consists of a grand prize entry period (the “Grand Prize Entry Period”) which coincides with the Promotion Period and nine (9) weekly entry periods (each a “Weekly Entry Period”) as outlined below.

During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) ways to enter as outlined below:
Enter a Code: Go to your local O’Reilly Auto Parts store and obtain a game card. The game card will contain a code (“Code”). Then, visit http://OReillySweeps.c
om and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid email address, phone number and Code. You automatically will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing and one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing. Limit: Each entrant may enter two (2) Codes per day to receive a total of two (2) Sweepstakes entries into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing and two (2) entries into the Grand Prize drawing per day during the Promotion Period.
Bonus Sweepstakes Entries: There are four (4) ways to earn bonus Sweepstakes entries as outlined below:
Select Store Location: On the registration form, you will have the option to select your favorite O’Reilly Auto Parts store location and you will receive one (1) bonus Sweepstakes entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing and one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing. Limit: one (1) bonus entry during the Promotion Period.
Tell A Friend Program: After you enter the Sweepstakes, you will be invited to submit the names and email addresses of up to three (3) friends who must be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Each person that you refer will receive an email notifying him or her about the Sweepstakes. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship. For each referral of up to three (3) friends with valid email addresses, you will be given one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing and one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing, up to a total of three (3) additional entries per day during the Promotion Period.
Twitter Share: After you enter the Sweepstakes, you will be invited to share the Sweepstakes on Twitter by clicking on the link to share a prepopulated message on Twitter. You will earn one (1) bonus entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing and one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing. Limit: one (1) bonus Sweepstakes entry per day during the Promotion Period.
Facebook Share: You will be invited to share the Sweepstakes on your wall or your friend’s wall. The wall post will contain a unique link to the Sweepstakes. You will receive one (1) bonus entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing and one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing for each friend that registers for the Promotion through the unique link you post on Facebook. Limit: one (1) bonus Sweepstakes entry per day during the Promotion Period.
Mail in: To enter without entering a Code, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “$10,000 Payment Payoff Sweepstakes,” c/o HelloWorld, Inc., P.O. Box 5014, Department 819615, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046. You will receive two (2) Sweepstakes entries into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing and two (2) Sweepstakes entries into the Grand Prize drawing. Limit: Two (2) entries per envelope.
Limit: Each entrant may receive up to eight (8) entries per day during the Promotion Period regardless of method of entry. Non-winning Weekly Entry Period entries will carry over into subsequent Weekly Entry Period drawings.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $10,000 awarded as a check. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.
NINE (9) FIRST PRIZES (one (1) awarded per Weekly Entry Period): A $500 Visa® gift card. Terms and conditions of gift cards apply. ARV: $500.
