THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS DIRECTED EXCLUSIVELY TO PARTICIPANTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF US. UU. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
1. ELIGIBILITY: OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND WASHINGTON DC ("DC"), EXCEPT RESIDENTS AND MASSACHUSETTS MICHIGAN, OVER 21 YEARS OF AGE AT TIME OF ENTRY, consuming SNUFF AND EQUIPPED WITH A PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (Personal Identification Number, "PIN") and the password provided by the sponsor. IS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ACQUIRE A PIN. SE verify the age of all participants to determine your eligibility. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID IN MASSACHUSETTS, MICHIGAN AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED BY LAW. (For a free PIN, see Rule No. 3, below). Employees, officers and directors (and their immediate family members [spouse, children, parents, siblings and their respective spouses] and those individuals living in the same household) of RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company ("Sponsor"), their parent agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion, and administrators / providers website they are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to the laws and federal, state and local regulations.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 pm (noon) ET on July 8, 2015 and ends at 11:59:59 am ET on September 30, 2015 ( the "Sweepstakes Period").
3. TO ENTER: Visit www.micamel.com (the "Website") during the Sweepstakes Period. You must have a PIN and a password issued by the Sponsor to access the website, as described in more detail below. By accessing the website, go to the Draw icon and click the navigation menu, and scroll down until you reach the section of the Sweepstakes. Click "Draw" and follow the instructions on the screen to receive one (1) entry into the draw (an "Entry"). Limit one (1) entry per person / per day PIN. A "day" is defined as a period of twenty-four (24) hours which starts at 12:00:00 am ET and ending at 11:59:59 pm ET, except for the first day of the draw period begins at 12:00:00 pm EST and ends at 11:59:59 pm EST and the last day of the period of the draw which will begin at 12:00:00 am ET and ends at 11:59:59 am ET.
You must click on the "I agree to participate" [Agree and Enter] to confirm that you have reviewed and agree to comply with these Official Rules. Registration shall then be included in the draw.
Entries generated by robotic means will be disqualified, programmed scripts, macro or other automated means. Any attempt by anyone to submit more than one (1) entry per day using multiple / different or any other methods will void all entries from that person PIN.
Getting a free PIN and update your contact information PIN: a valid PIN issued by the Sponsor and password to enter the Sweepstakes will be required. You can obtain a PIN and password for free at the website by registering as a new member. A new PIN is not required if a participant already has a valid PIN issued by a Sponsor. Participants must have a valid email. No liability for failure to contact a participant because the participant does not maintain or update your contact information is assumed. The contact information can be updated by following the instructions online. Each participant is responsible for the security of your PIN and password. Each participant must take precautions to keep your PIN and password private to prevent unauthorized use. Sponsor will not be responsible for any loss, damage or consequences you may suffer due to careless or unauthorized use of a PIN and password. Participants must use only one (1) PIN and password and should only use the PIN and password assigned to the participant by Sponsor. If a participant intends to use more than one (1) PIN or password, or PIN or password that is not allocated to the participant, that participant may be disqualified and their Units.
To register for a PIN, participants they can be automatically added to the distribution list of e-mail and postal mail from the Sponsor. Then you can be excluded from this list when you log on the Website (as defined above) and to make changes within their profile about receiving emails or postcards Sponsor. The fact excluded from the distribution list will not affect the odds of winning participant before exclusion; however, it has an impact on the participant’s ability to access the website for future registrations. Entries made before exclusion will remain valid and will be included in the random drawing. If you win, your information may also be included on a list of winners publicly available.
4. NOTICE OF DRAWING / WINNER: Winners will be selected in a drawing to be held around October 15, 2015 from all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period. After the judges have handed down its decision, the Sponsor will attempt to contact the winners by telephone or email (to the sole discretion of Sponsor) in accordance with the contact information on the profile of the winner in the database or the website of the Sponsor. The winner should it respond to the initial notification the Sponsor as indicated in its notification within forty-eight (48) hours, otherwise such winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected (weather permitting). The winner must complete, sign and return the following documents within seven (7) days of the notice: (i) an affidavit of eligibility and liability; (Ii) whenever legal approval for advertising purposes; and (iii) for travel-related prizes, release and waiver of liability as required by the agency that awards the prizes of the Sponsor. Additionally, you may be prompted for the winner to complete, sign and return releases of exemptions and additional responsibility as needed for a particular prize. Following confirmation of the winner, you may request the latter to complete an information form award winning online to help with the award. Accompanying winners must complete, sign and return a liability release and publicity release and additional documents (as mentioned above) before delivery of a prize or travel documents. The winner (and guest) must follow and complete each and every one of the required documents and forms within the specified time or else lose the right to the prize. If documents are not returned within seven (7) days from the date of issue of the notification or if any prize notification or prize is returned because it was not possible to find the recipient, or if it is concluded that a winner is ineligible or for some other reason does not comply with these Official Rules, it may lose the right to the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address or phone number of the participants. Federal, state and local income and other taxes on the prize taxes and any other fees or costs associated with the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, regardless of whether they use the prize, in whole or partly. The winner must provide Sponsor social security number or tax identification number valid before the prize is awarded for the purposes of tax. In the case of prizes with a value greater than $ 600, the winners will receive an IRS tax form 1099 for the prize value.

5. PRIZE DETAILS:
Jackpot (2): Each winner will receive a trip for him / her and three (3) guests to Los Angeles, California. The approximate retail value (Approximate Retail Value "ARV") of Grand Prize is up to $ 18,850.00. The trip consists of each of the components listed below. After the description of each component of the Grand Prize, a designated provision is also included in the ARV for that component of the Jackpot is identified. The value of (the) element (s) of the prize stated is an estimate and will not exceed the ARV to any particular component. If the ARV is not met, the remaining difference will not be awarded and the winner is not entitled to any additional compensation or compensation for the difference.
• Four (4) air tickets round trip (tourist / economy class) from the main airport of entry, exit or closest to the winner’s residence to an airport in the Los Angeles, California American connections. Flights must match the hotel stay (5 nights maximum). ARV: $ 3,500. If the prize winner’s residence is located within 200 miles from Los Angeles, California, the Sponsor will provide ground transportation (to the sole discretion of Sponsor) for the winner and guests instead of air transport round .
• Ground transportation for four (4) people to and from the airport and the hotel. ARV: $ 400.
• Hotel accommodation (two (2) room / double occupancy) for four (4) nights. ARV: $ 3,600.
• Experience "behind the scenes" of a restaurant for four (4) people. ARV: $ 1,000.

Applicable for travel related awards or hotel: the journey must be made before October 31, 2016 and should be fully confirmed and reserved no later than 30 days after accepting the prize verified. The hotel will require a valid name of an escort for a deposit for incidentals at the time of the booking confirmation (check-in) credit. They must meet the specific hotel policies at all times. Accompanying the winner must be 21 years old at the time of allocation of the prize. The winner and companion are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (p. Eg., Valid document id. Photo issued by the government) before the trip. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary. Once you have chosen to travel companions, they can not be substituted, except at sole discretion of Sponsor. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on the carrier chosen by the Sponsor. It is possible that some travel restrictions apply; schedules and the travel dates are set at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Airline tickets are non-refundable / non-transferable and are not valid for an increased category or frequent flyer miles. All air tickets are subject to change flight, labor strikes and schedule or route changes and the terms and conditions of the airline that issued the ticket. The approximate retail value depends on the city / day / time of departure or seat selection.
The general terms and conditions for all awards (as applicable): the provisions and the specific details of travel, hotel stays, activities, events or experiences are subject to availability. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for events canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled (including, but not limited way, airline flights, activities and concerts) or any act or omission on the part of air carriers, hotels , local operators, transportation companies, prize suppliers or any other persons providing any services or housing associated with the prizes to be beyond its control. All specific suppliers (including without limitation mode, discount stores, airlines, hotels, transport companies and suppliers of gift cards) are selected at Sponsor’s discretion and are subject to availability. If the weather conditions affecting the opportunity for the winner and redeem any portion of the award during the scheduled date and time, then Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner or guest, except to provide the remaining elements of prize package unless the unused portion of the prize. If for any reason the winner or are unable to use a prize after they have made and paid all preparedness activities, the Sponsor shall cease to have any obligation facing the winner.
The winner and guests assume the risk they pose all trips, activities and experiences. Any costs, taxes or fees not established in the description of the specific award is not included in the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner (including any transportation, meals, gratuities, fees, airline / luggage, unforeseen expenses, etc.). Plane tickets lost, stolen or damaged, travel vouchers, gift cards, certificates or tickets will be replaced or no change. They must comply with all rules and regulations (the) establishment (s) Individual (s) or by any conditions imposed prizes provider or any other persons providing any services or housing associated with the prize. In the event that any prize winner and guest to have a behavior that, as determined by the Sponsor or its (s) representative (s) in its sole discretion to be inappropriate, offensive or threatening, illegal or intends to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or otherwise jeopardize personal health or property, Sponsor or Sponsor representatives (including without limitation as a host, administrator or local operator captain or crew member) reserves the right to terminate the award in whole or in part, without additional compensation. It is possible that details and additional information are supplied to the winner about the prize at the time of notification.
The winner of the prize as required under the sponsor, otherwise the prize may be declared void and delivered to an alternate winner must accept. No person may claim or be awarded any difference between actual prize value and the approximate retail value established in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. Prizes have no cash alternative, are not transferable or refundable. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor, its agencies, managers / website providers, contractors and suppliers are not liable for the Units or for lost, late, stolen emails, sent to a wrong address or not delivered or the lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite connections, network, server, Internet Service Providers (Internet Service Provider, ISP), website or the availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, errors in communications or other connections errors of computers, phones, satellites, cable hardware, software or lines, or technical errors or unclear transmissions, mixed, delayed or sent to the wrong recipients, mistakes, failures or operating difficulties in computer hardware or software or other errors of any kind and whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of Units or other information or the failure to capture any such information or extraviarla. Sponsor, its agencies, managers / web providers, suppliers and contractors Site are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by a user of the Website or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes and no assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorized access, falsification or actions of hackers on the Website. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds is disrupting the operation of the Sweepstakes or Website, to be acting in violation of the terms of the Website or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to threaten, abuse or harass any other person. Sponsor, its agencies and administrators / providers website are not responsible for injury or damage to entrant’s computer or any other person related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading or copying materials web site or use thereof. If for some reason it is not possible to conduct the Sweepstakes as planned by reason of infection by viruses, worms, bugs, forgery, shares hackers, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical errors or any other computer system reason, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, disturb or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and randomly determine the winners from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to taking action, as deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED PARTIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES, MANAGERS / WEBSITE PROVIDERS, SUPPLIERS, CONTRACTORS OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT DAMAGES, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES SITE OR DOWNLOADING OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE. Any inconsistency between any advertising or other promotional ad or any abbreviated Regulation and these Official Rules will be resolved in favor of these Official Rules.
8. BINDING ARBITRATION: Any controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved by arbitration in a particular place by the arbitrator as set forth herein (provided such location is reasonably convenient to the applicant) or any another location that is mutually agreed by the parties, in accordance with the rules of procedure for trade disputes in Standards and Procedures Extensive JAMS Arbitration (the "Rules and Procedures of JAMS") in effect at the time, and any court having jurisdiction over the case can pass judgment on the award rendered by (the) arbitrator (s). The referee will be chosen in accordance with the rules and procedures of JAMS. The arbitrator shall apply the law of North Carolina in line with the Federal Arbitration Act (Federal Arbitration Act) and applicable statutes of limitation and also must meet insider claims recognized in legislation. In the event that the claimant is able to prove that the arbitration costs are prohibitive compared with the costs of litigation, the Sponsor will pay registration fees and hearing the applicant in connection with the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the cost of arbitration becomes prohibitive. If any part of this arbitration provision is determined to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal (except the provision that regulates not arbitrate claims in a case of collective or representative action), conflicts otherwise with the rules and procedures established by JAMS, then the rest of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision had not been contained herein. However, if the portion is held invalid, unenforceable or illegal is not adjudicate claims are based on a case by class action or group of plaintiffs, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and neither the applicant nor Sponsor shall be entitled to arbitrate their dispute. Following submission of a request for arbitration, all parties to such arbitration shall be entitled to present evidence. The presentation of evidence will be completed within sixty days after the request for arbitration made, unless this period is further extended by mutual agreement of the parties. ARBITRATION DISPUTE UNDER THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL IN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY PARTICIPANT AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR MEMBER OF A GROUP OF ALLEGED PLAINTIFFS IN ANY COLLECTIVE procedure or a Class. The arbitrator may not consolidate or collect such claims of other persons or parties who may be in a similar situation. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY be arbitrated in accordance with these Official Rules.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND GROUNDS FOR initiate legal actions arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded , SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY BY BINDING ARBITRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS, without resort to any form of class action; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD AND EXTRA COSTS ASSUMED (if any) but in no case be awarded attorneys’ fees or be recoverable; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ALLOW AN ENTRANT TO GET AN AWARD COMPENSATION (AND ENTRANT HEREBY disclaims consciously and EXPRESS ALL RIGHT TO SEEK COMPENSATION) PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL, PROFITS LOSS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, EXPENSES EXCEPT SPECIAL OR REAL RIGHT TO REQUEST THAT MULTIPLY OR OTHERWISE INCREASE COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES; And (4) RESOURCE REPAIR OF PARTICIPANTS ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM MONETARY COMPENSATION (IS NO PLACE TO IT) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO APPLY PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES OR REPAIR IN THE RIGHT TO EQUITABLE COMPENSATION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY THEREFORE THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO ALL PARTICIPANTS.
9. LAW: except where prohibited, by participating, you agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of (the) participant (s) and Sponsor, its suppliers, contractors, agents and partners are governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to any principles of conflict of laws of any jurisdiction. Any matter or proceeding not subject to arbitration as provided in Rule No. 8 of the Official Rules or to issue any judgment on an arbitration award, shall take place in the state of North Carolina, in the city of Winston Salem.
10. WINNERS LIST: to obtain the names of the winners, mail your name and address on an envelope first class, with the return address and postage postcard "DSATEA Food Promotion Sweepstakes Winners’ List, Entertainment Performance, 655 N Central Ave. 17th Floor, Glendale, CA 91203 "This envelope must be received no later than December 1, 2015 Lists of winners will be mailed after it has been determined and verified winners.
