Job Description Type Permanent Job Description Main purpose of the job The Role We're looking for an ambitious, highly motivated Administrator to join our internal Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) function's Business Development team - a team of skilled professionals with high levels of engagement and direct links to leadership. The Business Development team help partners and teams to: - Build relationships with clients and targets - Identify, develop and convert opportunities - Prepare successful proposals - Present winning pitches - Negotiate fees and deliver commercial success - Develop key client accounts - Run client feedback meetings Your role will primarily involve two key areas - proposals and account planning. Proposals From a proposals perspective, we provide end-to-end support including professional proposal management and advice, expert proposal coaching, writing and design services, post decision evaluation, training and reporting. Working closely with other BD team members, you'll be responsible for providing project management support and advice throughout the proposal process, handling proposal queries from teams, development and day-to-day management of our Proposal Hub and proposal reporting to management. These tasks will include:- Proposal support and queries

Working closely with proposal managers and senior managers to plan and project manage all aspects of the proposal process from planning meetings to post decision reviews

Attend and actively participate at proposal team meetings and capture and communicate all action points arising

Liaise with proposal teams throughout the process and ensure all outputs from calls/meetings are recorded and appropriately actioned.

Responsible for managing, filing and categorising all draft and final proposal documents on our central Hub

Proactively seeking to provide support and feedback to the Proposal Managers/Senior Managers

Actively respond to day-to-day proposal queries and requests

Development and management of Proposal Hub

Review and update existing content on our proposal database and development of new Proposal Hub on Spark (internal social media platform)

Responsible for regular, proactive review and update of all proposal content on a regular basis including:

Latest proposal templates and documents

Guidance materials and tools

Client lists and market share statistics

CVs and project citations

Useful charts and graphs

Standard requested PwC information

Guidance on frequently asked questions

Sample proposal meeting agendas

Proposal management reporting

Responsible for development and circulation of management reports on proposal activity

Review and update of the firm's CRM system with all key proposal information and documentation

Account planning From an account management perspective, we support teams in developing account strategy, identifying possible new business opportunities, strengthening key relationships and strategic account planning. Working closely with other BD team members you will help us to project manage and run account planning workshops with senior partners and managers on our largest priority accounts including:

Development of workshop agendas

Workshop planning and logistics

Liaising with content preparers to help develop and collate materials

Attend and participate at workshop

Capture and communicate key actions

Ensure appropriate follow up on action items
