Sealed Air is recruiting graduates of all majors to
join our Talent Development program in Charlotte NC.

We are looking for innovative, creative, and tech
savvy graduates to join our Talent Development Program (TDP). If
you are interested in learning or passionate about technology, this
program is for you. If chosen for this program, you will have
designated rotations during the course of two years that provide
work experience in different specialty areas of Information
Serviced. This rotation is followed by a
full time placement within the Sealed Air Information
Services organization.
Our Information Services organization is responsible
for providing global technology strategy and delivery to the
Business Divisions (Diversey Care, Food Care, Product Care) and
Functional Units (Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, R&D)
within Sealed Air.

Responsibilities
Participate in program rotation, highlighting the
Commercial, Projects, and Innovation teams with significant project
work in Applications or Infrastructure.
Concentrated coursework and instruction in leadership
development topics including an introduction to Sealed Air culture
and personal skills development.
Demonstrate passion, agility, and creativity for the
advancement of technology within Sealed Air
Develop strong resource networks in each area of
Information Services.
Understand Sealed Air's global business footprint and
ways in which Information Services provides strategy, guidance, and
support
Drive collaboration with other colleagues
participating in the Talent Development Program

Qualifications
Must be authorized to work permanently in the US for
any employer without sponsorship
Must have completed a Bachelors or Masters degree.
Preference will be given to candidates with degrees specializing in
Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. All major
are welcome to apply.
Strong academic record; 3.0 GPA or equivalent
required
0 - 3 Years of Experience.
Proven ability to collaborate with a diverse group of
people
Knowledge of technology and business management a
plus
Creative and a strong problem solver
Ability to work independently with limited
supervision
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel internationally, as needed
Ability to relocate, if needed
Must have reliable transportation, public transport
is not available in all locations.
The goal of the program is to hire the BEST talent
into the organization and during the first two years provide work
experience that quickly develops the program participant into our
next generation of Information Services talent.
