The Aqua Sana offer is made up of two key elements: The World of Spa - which features at least fifteen experiences. Treatments - which has 21 treatment rooms including an express treatment offer. Aqua Sana has a unique position within Center Parcs as it operates as a brand accessible to not just guests who are staying on the village but also as a stand-alone spa brand to external guests who visit as day guests on Spa Days, Spa and Treatment Days and in lower numbers as guests on an overnight Spa Break in a luxurious spa suite.
ABOUT THE ROLE
To provide professional treatments which include facials, massages and alternative therapies to guests who visit the Aqua Sana health and beauty spa, ensuring the highest standards are maintained to give the best possible experience.
Recommend retail products and offer skincare and homecare advice to all guests after treatment
Working as part of a team, the role requires a professional but outgoing approach, accompanied with enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction.
To carry out all Aqua Sana treatments in line with Departmental Operating Procedures. Offering advice on the treatments and retail products available.
Provide each guest with excellent care and attention at all times and represent the Company in a professional manner following the Aqua Sana Guest Service Journey.
Assist guests by completing a retail prescription after every treatment - recommending the products suitable for their lifestyle and skincare concerns.
Attend staff meetings and maintain industry knowledge and current product knowledge by attending workshops, training courses and updates as required.
Maintain high standards of appearance by wearing the appropriate uniform and name badge, ensuring appearance is smart at all times in line with Company standard.
Hours of work
You will be contracted to work part-time hours on a flexible basis. This means your hours of work could vary each week. You will be required to work a mixture of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public/bank holidays.
Requirements for the Role
Essential:
Qualifications relating to the profession as below:
NVQ level 2 and 3, IHBC City and Guilds, CIDESCO or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 years work experience within a salon is essential or 6 months within a spa environment. Proven retail sales experience.
Good standard of general education.
Outgoing personality type, who enjoys being part of a team, with the ability to use own initiative. The ability to utilise time management skills.
Desirable:
Reflexology Qualification
Elemis, Decleor, Bliss, Shellac, CND, Bare Escentuals, Spray Tanning and/or Minx training
Hopi Ear Candle training
ABOUT YOU
You will have excellent guest care and communication skills, with a good standard of education. Previous experience of working in a spa environment will be an advantage.
