Your role will involve constantly looking for innovative ways to optimise the customer experience for new and existing customers, liaising closely with other teams to share ideas and ensure customers receive a seamless experience.
Your role will involve:
Developing and improving website journeys across designated products Making suggestions for creative and design plans for website activities including landing pages, quote and sales journeys, content pages and advertising banners Ensuring plans are in line with marketing strategy and brand guidelines Making a contribution to the content strategy and working to deliver an excellent customer experience Liaising with other teams to ensure a consistent and optimal approach for customers changing from online to offline and vice versa Ensuring teams are briefed on the latest marketing campaigns and that their feedback is listened to Monitoring and reporting on website KPIs for journey conversion & customer experience using the relevant tools Using customer information to improve business performance on a test and learn basis Keeping abreast of competitor knowledge, new products, tools and trends in customer behaviour
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
Solid marketing and online journey optimisation experience Excellent experience in the use of analysis tools used to understand web performance The ability to deliver creative and engaging website content from development to delivery and evaluation Skilled in juggling a number of different projects and campaigns at the same time within strict timeframes Strong analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
