Senior / Head Beauty Therapist

- Full Time, 38 Hours Per Week

Main Duties
As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for a team of Beauty Therapists ensuring their work is of a consistently high standard and representative of the company. In addition, your Senior Beauty Therapist duties will also include but not be limited to:
- Providing Beauty Services
- Ensuring you and your team achieve Appointment targets
- Ensuring you and your team achieve Sales targets
- Ensuring you and your team are referring clients to other company services
- Encouraging new clients to visit using telephone, online and other methods
- Encouraging existing clients to return frequently
- Motivating and Training your Team
- Ensuring the productivity of your team
- Ensuring you and your team adhere to all company policies
- Delegating tasks to team members and reporting on their completion
- Stock management
- Introducing new services and keeping on top of new trends
- Providing Front of House and Back of House Assistance.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal Senior Beauty Therapist should be:
- Able to confidently provide Facials, Massage, Waxing, Intimate Waxing, Nail Services and more with the minimum of supervision and able to provide all services quickly, efficiently, and to an exceptional standard
- Flexible, Professional, Polite and Punctual
- Fully Qualified
- Experienced in a busy salon or spa
- Experienced in coaching other therapists
- Positivity, passion, and an attitude towards providing an unbeatable service and exceeding targets are essential
- Wanting to work at and represent the company is a must
- The ability to perform Male Intimate Waxing, Threading, Reflexology and Ear Candling are not essential but are bonuses.
