Miley Cyrus Burgled On Her Birthday
Birthday Blues for Miley
Besides dealing with the harsh criticism of critics and fans alike for her current slate of antics, which include on- and off- stage twerking performances, skimpy and see-through outfits, taped nipples and a questionable attitude, Miley Cyrus had much more serious issues to deal with near the end of this past week.
On Friday, the day before her 21st birthday, Cyrus received a surprise when she discovered that her Studio City, Southern California house had been burglarized by thieves. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, personal items including jewelry were lifted from the home some time on Friday afternoon.
No one was at the home during the break-in and no forced entry detected. Police have started an investigation into the incident, but as of yet have no idea who might have perpetrated the crime.
Thankfully, Cyrus did not plan to party for her birthday at this home. Instead, she planned to celebrate her birthday late Sunday night at Jeff Beacher’s Madhouse after a pre-scheduled performance at the Nokia Theatre for the American Music Awards.
