Fling wide the door…will soon no longer only apply to drivers of the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG: that’s because of course next month is Christmas.
The Christmas Stars 2013 from Mercedes-Benz present more than 40 gift ideas for the entire family. The high-quality gifts are now available from the Mercedes-Benz sales partners. And an SLS AMG with gullwing doors that open is of course part of the collection – in the form of a toy car for kids three years or older.
In addition to classics such as wine preservers in the shape of the SL shift knob, “Christmas Stars 2013″ is filled with a host of new products just waiting to land on wish lists or under the tree. Here is an overview of the new items.

The perfect match is the “Classy Punk” wallet for women (199.90 euros), made from black calfskin, and decorated with gunmetal rivets. The leather lining in metallic south seas blue adds an interesting contrast. The wallet (dimensions: 19 x 10 cm) was also designed “by Emma Brown for Mercedes-Benz” and is made in Italy.
The fashionable “Classy Punk” iPad case (149.90 euros) on the other hand sports bright metallic south seas blue on the outside. The lining is fashioned from black satin. The case is made from high-quality Italian calfskin, and decorated with stylish gunmetal rivets. It fits iPad® models 2 through 4. The iPad® case was also developed in cooperation with British designer Emma Brown.
The “Classy Punk” series also includes a sporty and elegant quartz watch (249.90 euros). Its bezel features 36 sparkling CRYSTALLIZED Swarovski elements in blue and green, which create a striking contrast to the anthracite-coloured stainless-steel case. The watch face is also anthracite-coloured and features a sunburst pattern. The hands are coated with a blue luminous material, while the stainless-steel watch strap has an anthracite-coloured finish. Other details of the Swiss-made watch include a date function, water resistance to 5 ATM, a case diameter of 37 mm and Ronda 517 quartz movement.
Flickering candlelight and shiny Christmas ornaments: during the advent season festive tables are bathed in a very special glow. The perfect match for this festive atmosphere is the “Classic Glamour” women’s watch (99.90 euros) which comes with a black genuine leather watch strap. The black watch face is refined with CRYSTALLIZED Swarovski elements and a historic Mercedes-Benz star. The case is made from polished stainless steel and its surface is embellished with a sunburst pattern. The hardened mineral crystal protects a Citizen/Miyota Cal. GN10 movement. The watch measures 34 mm in diameter and is 11 mm thick.
Equally appealing under the Christmas tree is the anthracite-coloured canvas and leather laptop bag (219.90 euros).
