Tell me. Are you entertaining or making a dish for the Super Bowl this weekend? What has become one of the biggest nationwide celebrations of the year in this country is also a day when we need to be careful about what we eat.

This includes actions such as cleaning the food well, being sure to keep all potential contaminates separated, cooking meats thoroughly and also chilling any uneaten portions. For tips on making sure that you are always entertaining safely, you can go to FoodSafety.gov.
