Every now and then, when your motivation is flagging, it can be useful to look to some of your favourite role models to get you going again.

These women are just some of the people we like to check out on Instagram to inspire us – from recipe ideas to yoga poses and squat racks, they’re a great source of fitspo.

Who are your favourites?

Socialite, model, business woman and former Made In Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh is known for many things, but her interest in health and fitness inspires us on a regular basis.

Having been naturally skinny her entire life, Millie never really paid that much attention to what she put in her body or what exercise she did, until she decided that she wanted to make a commitment to better health.

Overhauling her diet and taking on a gruelling exercise regime, she has transformed herself from skinny to fit with incredible results, while still indulging in her favourite foods and tipples on occasion.

Check out @milliemackintoshofficial for a combination of IT-girl workout ideas and style inspiration – she seriously makes the most of her hard-earned body when it comes to her wardrobe!

Amelia Freer

Best For: Nutrition

I’m back to work today and filming some recipes from my new book for you. I wanted to say an enormous thank you to so many of you for your love and messages of support over the last week. Clearly there are many dog lovers amongst us! I have been so touched by all of the messages I have received since Oliver died and while it has been such a sad few days with lots of adjusting, I have so many happy memories and feel so grateful to have had such a special dog by my side for the last 10 years. So many of my clients who knew and loved Oliver have all been so saddened by the news and this only makes me feel more and more lucky to have had such an amazing boy. It’s nice to be back to work today and I’m feeling excited to share these recipes with you in just a few weeks. Can’t believe it is 6 weeks today until #cooknourishglow is published. Thanks so much to all of you for your support

Known for being Sam Smith’s nutritionist (and responsible for his incredible transformation), Amelia Freer is a champion of building a healthy relationship with food.

Her first book, Eat Nourish Glow, teaches you how to have a healthy and happy relationship with and therefore reach a much better nutritional balance.

Homegrown tomato, pepper, chill and garlic harvest. There is something so deeply satisfying about growing our own food and letting nature and our garden dictate and inspire what I cook and how we eat. And my appreciation for eating seasonal produce grows year after year as our garden, in it’s quirky way, chooses what will thrive. It’s the simple things like this that give me the most pleasure in life. And so this glut will be turned into a rich sauce and frozen for busier winter days, a salad for lunch today inspired by @food_to_glow easy-luxe salad that she posted yesterday and my absolute favourite, sautéed tomatoes with garlic, chilli & shallots and a little basil on socca pizza. Let the cooking begin! If you’d like recipes for any of these, let me know and I’ll post them on my blog but there are lots there already if you can’t wait, and heaps more in my summer eBook so let’s celebrate summers best produce while we still have it x

Her second book is a cookbook, putting these methods into practise. So if you’re looking for some wholesome recipes and wonderful shots of her seasonal harvests, wildflowers and a home life most of us would aspire to, check out @ameliafreer.

Rachel Brathen

Best For: Keeping It Real

There is no place more suited for you than right here… And there is no time better than right now. Everything you’ve been through has led you to this moment.  So be brave, my love. Every day is a new beginning.  #goodmorning

While we absolutely adore yoga accounts like Sjana’s for inspiration, Rachel Brathen is someone we truly admire for her ability to keep it real.

Having had her fair share of ups and downs in life, Rachel decided to start her own yoga classes, and has since then turned them into a small empire.

But instead of simply producing what the world seems to what right now on social media, as she puts it, ‘Just another white girl doing a yoga pose,’ she likes to challenge this.

FEEL! It’s the only way. Tune in on Snapchat to hear me talk about the idea of fame, manifesting dreams, morning rituals, cultivating patience, dealing with depression, truly feeling your emotions and more. Search and follow rachel_brathen Feeling you all in my heart! x #snapchat #yogagirltalks
