Tune in for results and top runs from the 2014 Freeride World Tour stop at Snowbird, UT. It has been pretty well documented that the intended venue of North Baldy slid to the ground during control work and the classic “old” Freeskiing World Tour qualifier venue of Silver Fox took over as the venue in somewhat controversial fashion. Regardless, the skiing was a blast to watch and we’ve enjoyed re-watching some of the runs, and in all honesty this may have been the best conditions/venue combo we’ve seen on tour all season long.
We’ll let the videos of the runs speak for themselves, partly because John Clary Davies over at Powder wrapped up some highlights of the event pretty well: Hadley Hammer is a badass, the whole toothless thing with Lars was awesome (not to mention immediately crushing a beer after his run), etc.

Honorable Mention: Hadley Hammer took the Frenchie air BIG. She didn’t stomp it, but she didn’t give up on her run either, making us all proud/stoked by continuing her run with a big stomp to finish things off.
We’re looking forward to seeing a big finish to the tour, with probably our two favorite venues to come: the MacDaddy face at Revelstoke (next) and the Bec des Rosses in Verbier to wrap up the tour.
