1/8
Purushu Arie
What: the red shirt
Always one to go bold, Purushu pairs the classic red shirt with a grey dhoti trouser and a bright yellow bow-tie for a “gender neutral creation.” He says, “The look rejects what’s perceived as masculine or feminine.”

The Snazzy Man by Mohnish Punjabi
What: the printed shirt
Style meets comfort in this look by Mohnish Panjabi of The Snazzy Man, who says. “This is so easy to put together, you’ll wonder why you hadn’t before. What I love about this look is how casual yet dressy it is, perfect for a Sunday brunch, afternoon drinks or while hanging around a poolside bar.”

IAMNKHL by Nikhil Kandhari
What: white jeans
Fashion stylist, part-time blogger and musician Nikhil Kandhari of IAMNKHL picked two trends from the GQ style line-up. He says, “White jeans are a wardrobe staple. I’ve styled these white ripped denims with a patchwork blue t-shirt and white slip-ons. It’s time for you to get your pair of white denims and rock them with ease.”

He is got the style by Sarang Patil
What: The grey suit
According to Patil, “Grey flatters all skin tones. But it can – depending on how you style it – look a little casual. To separate your outfit from grey loungewear, you should switch to a more formal frame of mind. Fine knits, wool overcoats and well-cut suits are all good places to start when trying your hand at this trend.”

The Dapper Label by Usamaah Siddique
What: Hat and hand accessories
Usamaah Siddique experiments with the season’s hottest accessories. He says, “The summer here is getting unbearable by the day. Sporting one such accessory with your outfit to stay covered from this scorching heat is a hat or a cap. You obviously can’t be walking about with an umbrella, right? I’ve paired a super light reversible cotton waistcoat/ tee with denims and my hat.”

Blueberry Blackout by Tejeshar Sandhoo
What: the white linen shirt
A breezy travel look is one that’s super wearable, but with just enough edge, says Tejeshar Sandhog. “This white linen kurta shirt by Ashish N Soni features blue chambray panels in the front and is best worn with basic blue chinos, white sneakers and a Square Loop travel bag.”

Settle Subtle by Varun Agrawal
What: the layered green
Agrawal advises, “Unless you can carry off a Green Goblin suit, we’ll see the shades split up and mixed together.”

The Style Doodler
What: Coloured lens sunglasses.
“Like the perfect hem pinroll or an exceptionally well-knotted tie, choosing the ideal style of sunglasses is one of those subtle details that can take a look from unremarkable to outstanding in an instant,” the blogger says.
