HM, you do come out with some interesting stories, sounds like you have had a rainbow filled life full of interesting people and events. Have you ever thought of writing a book or blog or something?
Thanks for posting and yes I did eat the watermelon pips, I like crunchy stuff. I have a juicer, try watermelon juice, absolutely fab. And in the days of drinking, I would add some sneaky vodka in there when no one was looking.....

hello all, I have been lurking here but not really posting I am still alive and well. And today's weight is 55.9KG. Below 56kg which is fine by me, not sure how tomorrow will be cause I am eating a little heavy tonight. Got friends over for dinner. Pork and lamb chops with salad (potatoes for the carbo-munchers). then for desert...wait for it......chocolate, hazelnut espresso pavlova....with fresh grated dark chocolate over it... I must get cracking on it actually it has to spend 90 minutes in the oven...
My husband only eats apples so making creative deserts is sometimes a challenge. I have made everything chocolate under the bloody sun....brownies, tortes, tarts, cheesecakes, meringues...good ol' vanilla icecream and chocolate sauce...

Anyway I have mostly had a good week, trying to get motivated which I actually have done. I am getting some really nice pictures printed for our massage room, they are stretched over canvas. Then I am pressing on with my knitting project which I am enjoying immensely.
My shop has been busy and today we did a promotion on Remington products so there were lots of ladies having their hair curled, blow dried and ironed outside my shop. It was really fun.

I am listening to Johnny Cash one if anyone is interested, music a very big part of my life....
