A look into how Utah has won six straight and 11 of 13. The argument is also made on why Jakob Poeltl could be Pac-12 player of the year, as the sophomore center enters the week leading the conference in player efficiency rating and field goal percentage, while second in scoring and third in rebounding.

In addition, Utah men’s basketball coach Larry Krystkowiak talks about spending the final week of the season preparing for Colorado and the Pac-12 tournament.

“This isn’t about winning the (regular season) conference title, it’s about being prepared for Las Vegas and trying to do some of our work early,” Krystkowiak said. “It appears as if we’ll play Thursday (and) it could be a variety of people. We’re going to divvy up the staff and teams and make sure we have a handle on what teams are doing.”
