CipherCloud Integration

CipherCloud enables you to protect your data before it leaves your organization, ensuring persistent security that only you can unlock. CipherCloud makes it easy to ensure data privacy, data residency and regulatory compliance, prevent data leaks, encrypt or tokenize sensitive data and get unrivaled visibility into cloud activity.DDPs now allow for two types of integration with CipherCloud.

With no changes to DDPs, encrypted data will flow between Salesforce and Drawloop. This option requires that the output document be in a format that CipherCloud can decrypt (.docx, .xlsx) and that the document be accessed from a location that CipherCloud can decrypt (Attachments, Documents (allows Salesforce Email Delivery Option), Content).

With LOOP 6.7 installed, you can run a DDP with data decrypted. This option allows users to generate PDFs (possibly containing sensitive data) to be stored or delivered however needed.

Veeva Vault Integration

Veeva Vault is the first content management platform built from the ground up to meet the rigorous content management requirements of the life sciences industry. Utilizing the very latest in cloud computing software and hardware technology and delivered purely as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), the Vault Platform provides life sciences companies with an enterprise class platform to store and manage all the company’s important documents.A previous release (v6.5) introduced Veeva Vault articles to DDPs. Users can select Vault articles to be included as ad hoc documents for their DDP. With LOOP 6.7, Salesforce admins and developers can now include Vault articles as part of a Workflow or Apex DDP process.

Mass DDPs Via Reports

No longer are the bounds of mass DDPs tied to list views! DDPs can now be run in mass via a Salesforce report. Use the Button Wizard to generate a button or tab for running Mass DDPs via Reports.

Document Queue Enhancements

There are several enhancements included in LOOP 6.7 for the Document Queue. Now, in addition to being able to send one combined PDF to the Queue, DDP admins have the option to send any document output type to the Queue: originals, separate PDFs, and PDF plus originals. New download and merge options are available to download by type (like files (Word, Excel, PPT, PDF) are merged together) and as a zip file. And in the event of an error occurring during the DDP process, the error information will be passed into the Document Queue record for heightened visibility.

Job Queue Status Page

By popular demand, we have released a page that allows admins visibility into automated DDP requests. From this page, admins can see how many requests have been received and completed for the last seven days. Error information is also available for these requests.

Dynamic eSign Recipients

Now you can more easily setup a dynamic recipient for eSign with a new recipient option.

Also you can use the button wizard to more easily add the parameters to the button!

DocuSign Secure Field Fonts

It is now possible to change the out font of secure fields to better match your documents for electronic signature.

Mass & Apex DDP Notification Options

Since its inception, Mass DDPs have always sent notifications at the beginning of the process to notify the user that the requests have been received and at the end of the process to notify the user of the completion of the requests and provide details into any issues that may have occurred. Now, for both Mass DDPs and Apex DDPs, the user or developer can specify what type of batch notification to send: normal (beginning and complete), on complete only, on error only, and none.
