Did you know that January is National Hot Tea Month? With the freezing winter here it is a great time to make a cup of tea, sit down, get a little warm and relax. You can enjoy tea through single-serve cups, liquid concentrate or performance mix sticks, now there are more ways than ever to get your recommended 3-5 daily cups of tea.

With it being so cold out right now, I was so happy to get a little warmed up with some hot tea during the month of January with it being National Hot Tea Month. During my review I received four different flavors two from each brand, Red Rose Tea and Salada. One from Red Rose offered 20 tea bags while the other three items offered 12 single serve cups in each package.

Creme Caramel $4.99

For more than a century, Red Rose Tea has helped create memories to last a lifetime. Tea drinkers savor life’s moments with Red Rose Tea’s collection of time-perfected blends including black, decaffeinated and specialty teas. Red Rose brings together premium tea leaves from the world’s finest mountain estates for consistent quality and great taste.

Cinnamon Bun $7.99

Servings Per Container: 12

The first one I tired was the Red Rose Crème Caramel tea bags which would have to be my favorite. There is something about warming up water and adding a tea bag into the water and to allow the tea to slowly flavor the water in my cup. It warms my hands and it is simply comforting. This tea offers a lasting pleasant taste that makes you want more.

The other one from Red Rose was the Cinnamon Bun which is single serve cups. I have never tried tea that was flavored so yummy. This tea is amazing for breakfast as you can tell with the name. The tea does give a hint of flavor of the cinnamon bun. I was even surprised when my kids wanted to try it and loved it. My kids are not huge lovers of tea but this flavor really hit the spot for them.

Salada Green Tea Fiber Boost Single Serve Cups $7.99

Lemon Flavored Green Tea

Salada is manufactured by Redco Foods Inc. at its operations facility in Little Falls, N.Y. Salada produces nearly 20 varieties of green, white and black tea available at supermarkets nationwide. Salada’s 100% Green Tea is a leading green tea in the U.S., selling more than one hundred million tea bags a year.

Salada Green Tea Energy Boost Single Serve Cups$7.99

Blueberry Flavored Green Tea

The last two I reviewed were the Salada Green Tea Fiber Boost Single Serve Cups and the Salada Green Tea Energy Boost Single Serve Cups. However my hubby pretty much made claim to these ones. He is a huge green tea drinker and the fact that he could enjoy it in single serve cup made him even happier. He said both of them offer amazing tastes. He seemed to really like the energy boost much more with his work schedule and school every evening he said it did give him a little boost of energy which was very helpful in the evenings.

All of the different teas we had the chance to enjoy, they all offer very pleasant tastes and are perfect for this cold weather.
