Oh wow, this got updated and with something that isn't a flat arbitrary powerlevel list. Now I feel like I should apologize for the disrespect before.

I always did wonder why were powerlevels described as flat multipliers when the transformations obviously decreased in use and utility as time went on, and could be intensified or supressed to an extent, too.

I mean, something like Namek Saga Goku being angry and getting up to 4 million because of it, then SSJ giving him a x10-15 powerup plus a couple dozen millions powerboost really spoke to me more than just "Goku started the fight with 3 million and then got SSJ and he still was precisely at 3 million, and SSJ boosted him to 150 million. By the way, we're just going to ignore the fact Freeza fought Piccolo and Vegeta before and got hit with a Genki Dama and pretend he's still fully fine and can reach his full powerlevel."

But, alas, maths are maths and people wanting big boosts are people wanting big boosts.

'''Kili is a sole measurement of Ki as that is what was needed to revive Majin Buu. 3000 Kili is probably the amount of Ki a Super Saiyan 1 is constantly emitting or the required amount to draw upon in order to transform into Super Saiyan."
'''

I always felt it was a potential hint by Toriyama about how much stronger our guys got. If you think about it, they say 200-300 Kili/Kiri is said to be required to properly blow up a planet, but that sounds way too high compared to what SSJ Goku is displaying. Who again do we see blowing up a planet the first time it actually happens, rather than being stated it ought to happen?

Freeza at 50%.

'''
Theory on SSJB'''

'''It is to use God Ki to transform into SSJ 1. So instead of 3000 Kili of normal Ki, they use 3000 kili worth of God Ki and transform into SSJ 1 while adopting practices Goku and Vegeta normally would when they handle God Ki in this transformation.
'''

I tend to assume a person's God ki reacts with their regular Ki to buff them up, and works as a big flat bonus depending on a person's base or an upgrade of the "To the power of" (^1.x to 2 or so) rather than a multiplier, but powerlevels *are* bull, so it hardly matters.

'''
"My head canon estimate of Broly's power level.'''

'''We have to look at the scenario where Broly directly engages in an energy blast power contest with Goku, Gohan and Goten.'''

'''Since there are mixed opinions on whether they are in SSJ 1 or SSJ 2 forms from fanbase. I will use both and put them as a range for Broly's power levels."
'''

Goku is arguably not even there.

All I need for headcanon is logic. Gohan pre-training with Goten and pre-fight with Dabura puts up a fight against Broly. He gets one shotted by apparently still supressed Majin Buu.

Adult SSJ2 Gohan < Broly =< Supressed Fat Buu < Majin Vegeta SSJ2 < Full Power Fat Buu < SSJ3 Goku.
