**Job Description:**

The Wall Street Journal is seeking a talented, experienced and driven individual to take the position of Integrated Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Sales Development & Custom Content.

As part of the Sales Development team, the Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating with multiple teams including ad sales, WSJ.Custom Studios, research and strategy to develop and produce outstanding advertising, content and communication solutions for WSJ’s global client base of advertisers.

The role will work across all key business sectors including B2B (technology, energy, corporate), Finance, B2C and Luxury and will work with sales teams

in London, Paris, Munich and Dubai – as well as collaborate with equivalent teams in the US and Asia.

This position requires a highly idea-driven professional with exceptional written, layout and design skills to bring their ideas and campaigns to life via standout presentations and proposals.

Responsibilities

+ Partnering with sales team to develop world-class solutions for advertising clients

+ Point-person for client specific print, digital and integrated RFPs, presentations (comprised of research, content ideas, key sales points, specialized added value, third party marketing relationships, etc.)

+ Lead brainstorms and ideation meetings and drive the solution process from briefing to proposal

+ Developing ongoing marketing, product and sales collateral

+ Develop best-in-class processes and collaboration with wider teams

+ Work closely with WSJ Custom Studios in development of bespoke content

Experience

+ Minimum of 3 years in the media/advertising/marketing industry – preferably at either a media owner or media/creative agency

+ Significant, demonstrable copywriting and design ability (part of the recruitment process will involve the creation of a small presentation in response to a written brief)

+ An idea-driven, creative individual with passion and imagination

+ Exceptional time-management, project management and collaboration skills

+ Ability to be client-facing when required in pitch/presentation environments

+ Deep knowledge of the media/advertising industry, preferably in the international arena

+ Strong digital advertising knowledge and experience

+ Sales development & marketing experience in a related industry - i.e. newspaper/magazine publishing, online, planning department of media agency, etc.

+ Knowledge of print and online advertising sales, marketing, event and related research

+ Must be a strategic thinker with the ability to deliver complex information in a succinct, compelling manner.

+ Project management experience with the ability to move projects forward at pace on your own

+ Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and programs

+ Proactive team player with strong relationship builder

+ Ability to develop new, unique cross-platform opportunities that utilizes the entire breadth of WSJ’s media platforms

+ Develop marketing events/initiatives to drive WSJ presence and client opportunities
