This week, our Moroccan inspired Spa celebrated its fifth birthday; on the theme of seasonal festivities and the big number five, we wanted to share our pick of the best five firework displays in the city to make sure your bonfire night goes off with a bang.

The Battersea Park Fireworks Display

A cracking display on the banks of the Thames that sees thousands of spectators flock to a picturesque park to enjoy food and drink, family activities and an array of seasonal stalls. Those who fancy a more relaxed approach to watching colours whizz across the skyline can enjoy the show from a firework cruise.

Alexandra Palace Fireworks Display

Situated in North London, and established as one of the top Bonfire Nights in the city, Alexandra Palace promises not to disappoint. Alongside spinning Catherine Wheels, and riveting rockets, spectators can indulge in a spot of retail therapy, ice-skating and even a German beer festival!

Southwark Fireworks Display

Despite being one of the largest displays in the city, attracting nothing short of 30,000 spectators, Southwark is one of the best. Situated on the south side of the river, the display offers food and drink a-plenty, entertainment and close proximity to London’s nightlife, for those who want to carry on celebrating.

Brent Fireworks

With a sparkling new location at Wembley Park, Brent Fireworks promises an incredible show, exclusively designed for the location with a secret soundtrack; shhh! There’ll be food, drink and lashings of entertainment – the best part? It’s completely free!

Blackheath Fireworks

Our fifth and final recommendation takes us to East London, for Blackheath Firework Display. Located in one of the biggest outdoor spaces in the city, the display welcomes over 80,000 spectators with a wealth of entertainment, food and drink stalls and here, fun doesn’t come at a cost, as it’s completely free.
