Fans of football and Fidos will huddle around their television sets on February 1st to cheer for the doggie draft picks who are certain to score a touchdown with viewers when they charge on to the playing field at Geico Stadium for Puppy Bowl XI.

The countdown to the big showdown will include a live Puppy Cam, a Puppy Bowl Pre-Game Show, an online roster of Rovers who will take to the gridiron, and the chance for dog devotees to create a custom team in the second annual Puppy Bowl Fantasy Game.

Game Day kicks off at 3 p.m. with the launch of the MVP poll, and fantasy leaguers can keep track of their teams’ stats thanks to a live online leader board. At 5 p.m. ET viewers who have been rooting for the Rovers can watch the Adoption Tails digital series to see a selection of the puppies who now have a place on their own ‘home teams’.

Along with the lovable lineup of 55 rescue puppies, (who will be caught lapping up attention thanks to the popular water bowl cam, slow motion “Too Cute” cam and kiss cam), Animal Planet’s annual ode to sports and Spots will also include:

Animal Planet will air Puppy Bowl XI on February 1, 2015 from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m. ET/PT, with repeats throughout the day and night.

Give a cheer for this year’s lovable lineup, and the rescue organizations which make sure that homeless animals do not have to sit on the sidelines in life:
