Reference guide to the JavaScript Templates import

To allow the migration of the Test Wiki to the Main Wiki some special pages should be moved with the form. These pages compose the form and make it work properly, same for the content page that is composed by different templates. In this page are listed all the requirements to the import work correctly.

====Existing pages====
Some pages already exist in the Main Wiki, in this case the page's content should be compared with the Test pages. If some difference be found, then the changes should be applied to the Test pages, once that the original content should not be affected, keeping the Main Templates as the way that they are.
====New pages====
The new pages will be created on the Main Wiki and their content will be filled with the same content from the Test pages.
