Our client requires an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join them for at least 6 months but it’s likely to be extended beyond this time.

Working within the Marketing Division of this large international company, your role will focus on the provision of marketing solutions to aid the performance of sales across the product range in the UK and it is thus a key role. The Marketing Communications Manager is directly responsible for completing the loop between Business Operations and Sales by providing measurable, relevant and budgeted marketing solutions across multiple channels.

The Marketing Communications Manager is directly accountable for the provision of marketing solutions to both increase the flow of traffic and to assist the business in the sale of products. You will work very closely with both the Country Manager and the Manager of Marketing Communications to ensure the programmes developed will have the best chance for success.

In this role, you will be responsible for the management of a budget in excess of £500K and will also be responsible for the management of a number of key relationships with external suppliers and advertising agencies.

The successful applicant will enjoy working with a dynamic and highly successful team in achieving their vision of providing both the division and its supplier network with efficient and easy to use systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

– Planning and delivery of Programmes and Communication

– Implementation and efficiency of Marketing Programmes and Communication

– Effectiveness of Marketing Programmes and Communication

– Delivery of Marketing Programmes and Communications to the supplier network and field force

– Overseeing web strategy for all product areas

– Careful control of an agreed Marketing budget

– Managing relationships between the Company and various Marketing agencies

– Inter-departmental communication

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

– Strong project management experience

– Excellent attention to detail

– Excellent organisational skills

– Strong team player

– Proactive self-starter who demonstrates a high level of initiative

– Intermediate Excel and Access skills mandatory

– Proven Marketing Skills across all areas, including Web

– Budgeting and strong interpersonal skills are a necessity
