Our client is a market leading leisure business and is looking for a talented and experienced CRM Manager to join them as soon as possible. Your role as Campaign Manager will focus on defining and driving forward an effective CRM Strategy to increase revenue across the board.

You are a high calibre individual with a proven track record in the field of CRM. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, it is essential you have the credibility and proven track record to continue to drive the business forward at a rapid rate, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.

The successful candidate will manage the high volume customer database and be responsible for unlocking insight for use in future commercial decision making. This role will suit someone who is keen to lead and deliver and will be recognised and rewarded for this. There is some travel required for this role that is based just North of London.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• To develop and implement a customer focused CRM strategy

• Implement the strategy on a day to day basis with the internal team and external parties to deliver effective campaigns and a quarterly communications calendar

• Responsibility for identifying and understanding core customer segments and lifetime value

• Introduce reactivation, cross sell and retention tactics to drive repeat visits and higher spend

• Use digital best practise to deliver relevant, targeted and creative email campaigns

• Provide proactive recommendations for automated and event triggered communications

• Manage all aspects of the customer database, including data cleansing, management, analysis and reporting

• Drive growth via a clear and defined data capture strategy across all channels

• Drive and manage any projects or changes to the system / processes, that are required to deliver the set objectives.

• Improve overall insight and knowledge about customers from the database and campaign performance

• Support the business with accurate reporting that demonstrates campaign/programme effectiveness

• Work closely with the brand manager to ensure all communications are aligned to the brand guidelines and values

• Manage all relevant agencies and suppliers

• Responsible for the management, motivation and personal development of CRM Executive

• Manage the annual CRM budget and deliver added value to the business.

• Provide support by working closely with the operational team.

• Promote innovation and suggest improvements to processes and experience for both Customers and team members

Additional Prerequisites of the Role include:

• A positive self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, environment and is adaptable to changing demands

• Experience of working for a consumer-facing business, with proven skills in implementing a customer led strategy

• Ability to be able to prioritise a multiple of key tasks to deliver desired outcome.

• Adept at engaging and managing key stakeholders at all levels

• Good oral, written and presentation skills

• Resilient, energetic and enthusiastic

Required Experience:

• A proven track record in CRM, ECRM and Direct Marketing

• Data management and analytics

• Experience in campaign management – ability to juggle a number of different projects at once and prioritise.

• Ability to work to deadline in a fast paced environment

• Creative flair and a good understanding of the business.

• Passion and commitment for the business.

• Must demonstrate good communication skills, a ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to push boundaries.

• ‘Hands on’ and proactive approach.

Desired experience:

• Previous experience of Microsoft CRM 2015

• Leisure related industry background

• Copywriting

• Analytics background
