Downbelow’s Platinum PADI Course Director, Richard Swann and our Go PRO team are responsible for the instructor training at our premium PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Centre.
The PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) needs to be completed to become an Open Water Scuba Instructor and we integrate the course into an internship program over the duration of 1 month.
The IDC provides the tools to teach and our dedicated team of instructor trainers show how to use these effectively in the classroom, confined water and open water. Our internships are not just all about training and studying, but there’s the opportunity for experience; to see the operations of a premium dive centre, which is so valuable for future PADI professionals in the scuba diving industry.
