Happy Fall! Autumnal treats have been appearing all over Disney World for a while now, but with Halloween just days away, we thought we’d give you one last glimpse of the season’s snacks.

But that’s not the only food news ’round these parts… not by a long shot. Take a trip with us around all four Disney World parks to check out What’s New!

Hollywood Studios

October is probably my favorite time for the candy apples that hit the scene, like these at Sweet Spells.

Min & Bill’s Dockside Diner currently features a Caramel Apple Shake as its tribute to fall. The featured shakes here change frequently, so be sure to pop by to see what’s available on your visit!

Joffrey’s Coffee Carts all over Disney World have changed their seasonal offerings to include a Pumpkin Pie Latte and a Pumpkin Pie Frozen Cappuccino.

Speaking of those Joffrey’s Carts… remember the Big ‘Ol Donut? We spotted a few topped with massive amounts of cookie crumble for a change of pace from sprinkles.

With the conclusion of Frozen Summer Fun, the Olaf Carrot Cake Cupcake was ousted by the return of the Minnie “Witches” (should this not be “Witch’s”?) Hat Carrot Cake Cupcake, located at several Hollywood Studios counter service eateries such as ABC Commissary, Starring Rolls Cafe, and Toy Story Pizza Planet.

But that’s not the last you’ve seen of Olaf! He has moved — along with the rest of his Frozen family and Frozen-inspired treats — to the new location for Wandering Oaken’s Trading Post, now found across the way from Studio Catering Co.

Future World

Future World’s Electric Umbrella has added some unexpected offerings to the menu, including a Veggie Naan Wich (broccoli slaw, edamame, and tofu wasabi dressing on Naan bread), a Sausage and Pepper Sandwich with Provolone cheese, and a brisket-topped French Dip Burger.

World Showcase

Moving to World Showcase, Mexico’s La Cantina de San Angel has added Pollo Cascabel, Tacos de Barbarcoa, and Ensalada Mexicana to the menu.

The American Adventure Pavilion’s Liberty Inn has added four new entrees: the Surf and Turf Burger (topped with a crab cake), Louisiana-style Shrimp served on rice, a Red, White, and Blue Salad (greens, Craisins, apples, pecans and blue cheese with a Sherry vinaigrette), and Maryland Crab Cakes served with Old Bay Fries (see our review here!).

Of course you’ll need something sweet to polish off those entrees, and fortunately Germany’s Karamell-Küche is just a short stroll from the American Adventure Pavilion.

Some new items have found their way into that famous bakery case: Vanilla and Chocolate Cakeballs, Caramel Gingersnaps, Caramel S’mores and a Caramel Bacon Square.

Even more signs of the season are filling up bakery cases at Big Top Treats and Main Street Confectionery.

The Halloween snacks are definitely fun, but I always like spotting the Football Sugar Cookie each fall .

Memento Mori is open in Liberty Square at last!! This fantastic gift shop dedicated to all things Haunted Mansion officially opened its doors on October 6th.

Also in Fantasyland, the menu at Pinocchio Village Haus has received a few small tweaks.

The Barbecue Chicken Flatbread is now a Barbecue Beef Flatbread,  and Bread Sticks have been switched out in favor of Pesto Bread Knots. A Spicy Chicken Sandwich has made its arrival as well (we’ll have a review soon!).

Before we depart the Magic Kingdom, here’s a glimpse at those lovable Dapper Dans in their fall finery!

Local Food Cafes (the Yak and Yeti counter service) may be offering a Chef Special on your visit.

It was recently Chicken Curry. (Please note, this is designated on the menu as a “Limited Time only” option. We’ll keep an eye out for any future specials!)

You might want to wash down that special with an ICEE poured into this adorable Amanda the Panda collectible cup!

Amanda has some stiff competition in the “cute” category, though… check out the Simba Passionfruit Cupcake found at Kusafiri Bakery! We ate it, and there’s a review coming soon.

Of course, more ghoulish goodies can be found at Animal Kingdom as well. Here is a glimpse of the goodness!

True, we don’t often feature signature restaurants here on “What’s New” since their menus change rather frequently and may differ on your upcoming visit. But who could possibly resist sharing a current entree at Artist Point with this name? Buffalo! Buffalo!! Buffalo!!! is a plate featuring Grilled Buffalo Strip Steak, Chipped Buffalo Mac and Coswald Cheese, AND Buffalo Sausage.

And the Apple Cinnamon Cupcake has returned for fall at Roaring Fork. Gorgeous, right?
