Indian Ladder Farmstead Brewery & Cidery Seeking Brewmaster for the Albany area Indian Ladder Farmstead B&C is an ‘Estate’ New York farm brewery and cidery operating on a 99 year old, 340 acre farm with a 90 acre apple orchard plus 20 acres of fruits and berries. We are seeking an experienced brew master with a strong preference to hoppy IPAs as well as an interested in developing a sour and barrel program; ALL ingredients being sourced from the farm.We are currently Nano but are also in the beginning stages of building a 15 BBL brewhouse and tasting room, The job also includes involvement with managing a 1 acre hop yard (soon to be two), and the 5 acre barley field.We are looking for someone with good project management skills, capable of scheduling, recipe development, record keeping, and knowledgeable in packaging production.
