President Barack Obama has informed the American people that the Iran nuclear agreement he is hoping to conclude with Iran is a once-ina- lifetime opportunity.
“So this may not be optimal,” he conceded. “In a perfect world, Iran would say,‘We won’t have any nuclear infrastructure at all,’ but what we know is that this has become a matter of pride and nationalism for Iran.”
“It is a good deal even if Iran doesn’t change at all,” Obama contended. “In fact, you could argue that if [the Iranians] are implacably opposed to us, all the more reason for us to want to have a deal in which we know what they’re doing…”
Obama concluded that at least for ten years “even if they wanted to cheat, we would have at least a year, which is about three times longer than we’d have right now….” (www.nytimes.com; link: goo.gl/BXaNcf)
Wait a minute! What did Obama say? Three divided into 12 months equals a maximum of four months before Iran could finish building a nuclear bomb! In fact, four months is not the most ac- curate number. According to John Kerry’s official fact sheet on the negotiations, U.S. intelligence estimates Iran’s breakout time to produce its first bomb is currently two to three months! So my simple question is, why wouldn’t the Iranians be racing to the breakout of a nuclear bomb as we speak? The “preliminary agreement formula” was signed on April 2. The final signing is set for June 30. If the Mullahs can talk their scientists into working overtime for a mere three months, they might be able to finish at least one bomb by June 30!!
BENJAMIN NETANYAHU’S
POINT OF VIEW
Israel’s prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who lives 6,000 miles closer to Iran than Obama, declared, “I think this is a dream deal for Iran and it’s a nightmare deal for the world.” Netanyahu told NBC’s Meet the Press, “Such a deal does not block Iran’s path to the bomb,” he said. “Such a deal paves Iran’s path to the bomb.” “They’re getting a free path to the bomb.”
Speaking to CNN, the Israeli prime minister said the deal will not roll back Iran’s nuclear program. The deal “keeps Iran’s vast nuclear infrastructure in place, not a single centrifuge destroyed, not a single nuclear facility shut down, including the underground facilities that they built illicitly. Thousands of centrifuges will keep spinning enriching uranium. That’s a very bad deal.”
“If a country vows to annihilate us and is working every day with conventional means and unconventional means [through its proxies Hezbollah and Hamas], if that country has a deal that paves its way to nuclear weapons, many nuclear weapons, it endangers our survival,” Netanyahu reiterated.
But the world believes Netanyahu is asking for the impossible: to force the radical Shiite Islamic state to abandon their nuclear operations and change their terrorist DNA under the pressure of even heavier world sanctions, won’t work.
Nevertheless, Netanyahu insists: “It is not [a decision] between the agreement or a military attack. There is a third way,” Netanyahu says. “Ratcheting up the pressure until you get a better deal. A deal that would roll back Iran’s nuclear infrastructure and one that ties the final lifting of restrictions on Iran’s nuclear program with a change in Iran’s behavior, namely that they stop their aggression in the region, that they stop their worldwide terrorism, and that they stop calling and working for the annihilation of Israel,” he said. But Israel’s own former Mossad chief Efraim Halevy remarked that Netanyahu’s “demand from the Muslim world to recognize Israel’s right to exist is almost like asking them to change their religion.” According to Halevy, “In Islam they don’t recognize Israel’s right, nor do they recognize the right of other nations to exist.”
Still, reality must be faced. The new “agreement” will give Iran on-going billions to pour into arming Hezbollah and Hamas with unlimited weapons. Even in Iran’s economically weakened condition, it has armed Hezbollah with 150,000 projectiles, which exceeds all European armies combined! Maj.-Gen. (res.) IT COULD BE DONE – THROUGH SANCTIONS

Of course Iran could be contained – if the world, the UN and the U.S. only had the will. Led by the U.S., the west could ratchet up sanctions on Iran and threaten sanctions and military blockades against any nation that traded with Iran. Such sanctions would quickly bring Iran to its knees.
Sadly, this is not going to happen. The political will is not there. We have a declining post-Christian western civiliza- tion. Its vigor is waning, its people are war-weary and most importantly, its faith in God is now only a faint memory of a once God-fearing people.
IT COULD BE DONE – THROUGH U.S. MILITARY
U.S. Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter addressed the possibility of a military option against Iran. “We have the capability to shut down, set back and destroy the Iranian nuclear program and I believe the Iranians know that and understand that.”
While Iran has been busy working on nuclear weapons programs in underground labs and research facilities, the U.S. has produced an advanced “bigger punch” missile to reach those buried facilities. In October 2014, the Air Force successfully tested its new $15 million GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP) weighing in at about 30,000 pounds with six times the heft of its earlier bunker buster, and with the ability to pierce through 200 feet below ground.
The Pentagon has spent more than $300 million for 20 GBU-57s. Guided by GPS, it is designed to remain intact as it drills through rock or reinforced concrete before setting off its 5,300-pound warhead.
“After several upgrades, the Air Force has let it be known that there’s an operational stockpile of the world’s most powerful non-nuclear bombs at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. Former Israeli prime minister and most highly decorated soldier in Israel’s history, Ehud Barak told CNBC that if the U.S. chose the military option, “technically speaking, the Pentagon and the armed forces of America [have] extremely effective means of destroying the Iranian nuclear military program over a fraction of one night, in an operation which is much closer … to killing Osama Bin Laden” than a war such as the Iraq war. He advised the Americans to close the door and tell the Iranians to “dismantle or else.” (www.timesofisrael.com; link: goo.gl/1AGiV2)
But with the present U.S. administration, neither sanctions nor a military strike will be used to really end Iran’s nuclear threat.
DIFFICULT TO PUT HUMPTY DUMPTY BACK TOGETHER AGAIN
So unless the whole agreement falls apart, sanctions will be withdrawn, the economy of Iran will mushroom, and the construction of a profusion of new secret operations in hidden places will proliferate to create their bombs. Industrial establishments throughout the world, but especially in Europe and Russia, are “dying” to flood Iran with their investments which will reap incalculable revenues.
Obama’s promises to simply re-impose sanctions on Iran if the Islamic Republic cheats, is nothing more than pie in the sky. International corporations must plan years ahead in order to keep economically above water. After hundreds, if not thousands of corporations begin investing in Iran’s infrastructure, oil setups, and retail operations, the pressure to not destroy those investments will be greater than any democratic administration, not to speak of the Muslim-dominated UN, could resist.
A “snap back” of re-imposing sanctionswould devastate many international companies. It took years to put the existing sanctions in place, and it would take many more years to repeat the process. (www. timesofisrael.com; link: goo.gl/9iI5zt)
It is troubling to note that Obama clearly understands this fact, but is barreling ahead with the agreement anyway.
And before we can say “Jack Robinson,” the sanctions are already peeling off. In this lawless world, no agreement will be kept. On April 13, Russian president Vladimir Putin brazenly lifted a ban on the delivery of S-300 long-range anti-missile systems to Iran – meant, of course, to give Iran the means to shoot down any attacks against its nuclear facilities.
Russia’s foreign minister cynically remarked that “in light of the progress in the nuclear talks between Iran and the world powers, there was no longer a need for the embargo!”
The S-300 is regarded as one of the most potent anti-aircraft missile systems currently fielded. Its radars have the ability to simultaneously track up to 100 targets while engaging up to 36 targets. Some versions have been fitted with a nuclear warhead.
Russia has also announced that it has begun trading wheat and other products for Iran’s oil. Israel’s defense minister Ya’alon laments that the Russia-Iran missile deal is a direct result of the agreement talks.
So much for the phased lifting of sanctions! Do you hear a peep out of anyone?
WHAT IRAN WILL DO
Instead, the games will continue. If such a deal does go through, (although it may not) Iran will spend its time creating exciting war games of hide-and-seek and cat-and-mouse. Iran is determined to do three things:
Get the sanctions lifted.
Build bombs.
Prepare the world for the return of the Mahdi (See next article).
In so doing Iran’s leaders will twist and turn faster than their centrifuges. They will tie up meetings in the UN with smiling faces, give assurances concerning misunderstandings and promise to “look into the questions brought up about failure to comply,” etc.
Iran is smart. And evil. It doesn’t really matter if there is an agreement or not. Iran will get the bomb. Part of Satan’s plan to destroy the world. A plan that the True Messiah will defeat.
SAME TIME, SAME STATION
PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON’S NORTH KOREA NUKE DEAL

“I’d like to say just a word about the framework with North Korea that Ambassador Gallucci signed this morning. This is a good deal for the United States,” Clinton said at the press conference.
“North Korea will freeze and then dismantle its nuclear program. South Korea and our other allies will be better protected. The entire world will be safer as we slow the spread of nuclear weapons.
“South Korea, with support from Japan and other nations, will bear most of the cost of providing North Korea with fuel to make up for the nuclear energy it is losing, and they will pay for an alternative power system for North Korea that will allow them to produce electricity while making it much harder for them to produce nuclear weapons.

THEY AWAIT THE MAHDI (ISLAMIC MESSIAH)
WHY IRAN IS FEARLESS

the prince of Persia is once again rising up with a goal to re-establish and expand his Persian Empire.
When Mohammed died in 632, there was a power struggle over his succession. The Sunni group contended that since Mohammed had not designated a successor, they, his followers, should choose one of his closest disciples.
However, the Shiite followers of Mohammed’s son-in-law, Ali ibn Abi Talib, thought he and his descendants should be the next ruler. Ali was chosen the fourth caliph, but was assassinated, as was his eldest son.
When Ali’s younger son, Husayn (who was also Mohammed’s grandson), was beheaded in the Battle of Karbala in 680, the Sunni/Shiite split was permanent.
The Shiites continued to install a succession of rulers called Imams, members of Mohammed’s household and his prophetic heirs. Over the next two centuries, every single Shiite Imam was poisoned on orders of the Sunni caliphs (spiritual and political rulers).
The Twelfth Imam, Mohammed al- Mahdi, was a five-year-old boy who escaped the clutches of the Sunnis. The traditions of Twelver Shiism, the official religion of the Islamic Republic of Iran, claim that he disappeared under mysterious circumstances in the year 874, but remained alive. After his disappearance, he communicated to the world through four agents who died out in 941. At that point the Twelfth Imam went silent, entering the period of “Great Occultation.”
In his last communiqué to the world, via one of his messengers, the mysterious Imam consoled his followers with prophecies regarding his eventual reappearance.
What is important for us today is that this Twelfth Imam prophesied that he, as the Islamic messiah, would reappear when the evil that Muslims were suffering was at its absolute apex. It is he who will “fill the world with peace and justice as today it is filled with violence and tyranny.” (Peace and justice to the devout Muslim means nothing less than a world converted to Islam and ruled by Sharia law.) Revenge is a core component of the Shiite religion because its history is drenched in assassinations of their Imams, losses in wars and other failures, and they see justice as coming to Shiites through their promised retaliation by slaughtering Sunni Muslims, Jews, Christians and all infidels (non-Shiites).
Now for the truly terrifying part: the reigning authority on Twelver Shiism is historian Emmanuel Sivan, professor emeritus of the Hebrew University. He has pointed out that “an integral part of the Shia Islam’s belief involves the initiating of a planetary conflagration.” The Mahdi’s advent can be hastened by creating the right set of circumstances – world-wide violent upheavals in a cataclysm of blood and fire. One blogger trying to peer into the future wrote: “There is no requirement that non-Muslims must be responsible for that violence. Could Shiites like the Ayatollah Khameinei and the mullahs behind him, decide to hasten the Twelfth Imam’s return and the consummation of all things by, say, launching a nuclear strike against Tel Aviv or some other infidel outpost, knowing that by doing so they would almost certainly be provoking a retaliatory strike that would subject the Muslims in Iran to more defeat and repression than even the Shiites had previously suffered? Barack Obama, by acceding to the Iranians’ nuclear ambitions, has given a tremendous impetus to these revenge fantasies, probably not realizing or caring that Iran’s mullahs take the prophesies of the Twelfth Imam very seriously indeed. Obama has just made the odds appear to them to be considerably more favorable. (Ibid.)
ANTI-CHRIST AND THE MAHDI
Anyone who takes a few hours to compare the Bible’s description of the anti- Christ and the appearance of Shia Islam’s Mahdi will see many similarities. As always, Satan counterfeits the Truth with lies, falsehoods and deceptions.
Just take a look at this one Islamic tradition:
Shia tradition teaches that because Jesus will declare himself to be a Muslim upon his return, he will lead many Christians to convert to Islam. Regarding those who do not convert to Islam, the Quran states that Jesus will be a witness against them on the Day of Judgment:
The Koran states: There is not one of the People of the Scripture [Christians and Jews] but must believe in him before his death [according to Islam], and on the Day of Resurrection he [Jesus] will be a witness against them [for not believing in Islam]. (Surah 4:159)
Sheikh Hisham Kabani, Chairman of the Islamic Supreme Council of America, clearly articulates the Islamic perspective regarding Jesus’ evangelistic role when he returns.
“Like all prophets, Prophet Jesus came with the divine message of surrender to God [Allah] Almighty, which is Islam. This verse shows that when Jesus returns he will personally correct the misrepresentations and misinterpretations about himself. He will affirm the true message that he brought in his time as a prophet, and that he never claimed to be the Son of God. Furthermore, he will reaffirm in his second coming what he prophesied in his first coming bearing witness to the seal of the Messenger, Prophet Muhammad. In conclusion, the Madhi – an anti-Jehovah, anti-Christ ruler, together with a false prophet who calls himself Jesus, will deceive much of the world. As the Iranian Mullahs see it, the Madhi and his lesser assistant Jesus will establish Islam throughout the world and kill all who will not convert to Islam. (Ibid.)
On the practical level: Iran is at this moment stepping up arms shipments to Hezbollah and Hamas, as it plans to have billions more to spend on nukes and create terror in the world. According to the Israeli government, Iran is acting in recent days and weeks to prepare and arm Hezbollah for conflict with Israel on a large scale. Israel’s Maj.-Gen. (res.) In Biblical terms, it appears the prince of Persia has again gone to battle against the angels Gabriel and Michael, Israel’s prince. (Daniel 10:13, 20-21) It would seem that the Prince of Persia is most likely the prince spoken of in Daniel 9:26 who will again come to destroy the city of Jerusalem. Whatever principalities and powers are working through Islamic Shiites and Sunnis, they believe they will win. They see Christianity and Judaism as weak, fading religions, ready to submit to Islam.
WHAT ARE CHRISTIANS TO DO? God’s people must be willing to lay down their lives, their reputation, their well-being no matter where they live. Those who truly worship God in spirit and in truth will be challenged, sometimes to the death.
Christians are being killed in many Muslim countries. Bill O’Reilly said a few days ago on Fox News that Christian leaders, specifically Catholic leaders from his own religion, would not come on his program to denounce the killing of Christians in Iraq, Syria, Iran, Libya, Nigeria and Kenya, to name a few. He called America’s Christian leaders MIA – missing in action.
Deep, anti-God beliefs, whether from Hollywood or Harvard, are working mightily to make it illegal to fight sins that God proclaims in His Word are abhorrent to Him.
The Jewish people, not knowing the Messiah, and not having the power of the Living God of Israel in their hearts, are dependent on Christian prayers and backing, whether they know it or not.
The reality is, Christians and Jews who do not stand against sins as described in the Bible, will in the end be destroyed themselves. As Mordechai told Queen Esther, Esther 4:13-14.
“Do not think in your heart that you will escape… For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”
Queen Esther was in Iran at the time of this event. Boldness to go to the death saved her people. Nothing less will save the Christians in America and Europe today.
But if we don’t take a stand now, we will be swallowed up by Islam’s Sharia law, by Allah’s warriors who are not afraid to stand before every media microphone, in every UN venue and proclaim their god Allah and his prophet Mohammed as the way and the truth.
YESHUA THE MESSIAH’S WARNING FOR THE LAST DAYS:
And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. Matthew 24:4-6
Many followers of the true God will be killed – which is already happening in countless countries. As Islam takes hold in the Western countries, persecution will follow:
You will be hated by all for My name’s sake. For these are the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. But he who endures to the end shall be saved. Luke 21:16,22,14
Yet Yeshua exhorts us not to be frighted:
But when you hear of wars and commotions, do not be terrified; for these things must come to pass first, but the end will not come immediately.
Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near. Luke 21:9,28
The Great Sign of Yeshua’s return to earth will be when the harvest is brought in:
And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come. Matthew 24:14
SHAI SOL, A MESSIANIC JEWISH BELIEVER WINS A PLACE ON TOP RATED ISRAELI MUSIC CONTEST COMPETITION
Twenty-year-old Shai has a very unusual and wistful sound. And the songs she writes are top of the line! Bottom line, she appeals to youth!
Last December she was a candidate on the popular show Kochav Haba (similar to American Idol), auditioning to be one of the contestants.
Her pre-audition interview on TV was widely watched in this country. She got right to the point when she told her two hosts, “I think I will reveal that I am a Messianic Jew.”
The interviewers were confused and asked, “What does that mean?” Shai responded, “Jews who believe in the Tenach (Old Testament) and the New Testament… We believe in Yeshua…”
One of the hosts then encouraged her not to share her faith with the judges until after they judged her song. “Let them judge you according to your music.” The male host, openly gay, told her that the culture of Israel has a very accepting side, but as someone who is part of a minority he said he knew that it also has an ugly side…
However his female co-host interrupted and said, “This is who she is. If people don’t receive her that’s not her problem.”
Israel Today’s Ryan Jones wrote, “So intriguing was the revelation by 20-year-old contestant Shai Sol that she believes in Yeshua (Jesus) as Messiah that the top-rated Kochav Haba made her preaudition interview the focus of its promotional commercials earlier in the week.”
Ron Cantor, who watched the show with a team of Congregation Tiferet Yeshua’s leaders, remarked, “Shai has a very unique style. The judges were enthralled by her—as were the interviewers back stage as they rooted for their new Messianic friend.”
And she advanced over the next few weeks on the show. Facebook lit up with Messianic Jewish teens thrilled that one of their own was so bold on TV. Others came out in the open with their faith saying, “I too am a Messianic Jew!”
Ron went on to say, “You have to understand the significance of this. If someone on American Idol in a country with millions of believers testifies to their faith, it is a big deal. I remember Colton Dixon singing a worship song on American Idol and it was amazing. Believers felt empowered to see someone take such a bold stand.
“But imagine doing that in a country where people are taught that you are an apostate; where your community of faith makes up less than one quarter of one percent of the population. And let’s not forget the hostility, harassment and persecution from the ultra-Orthodox. No, this is a big deal!”
Maoz is producing a video of her song, At the Train Station, to reach Israel’s youth and to encourage Messianic Jewish young people that the sky is the limit in opportunities to reach our people with the Good News of the Gospel.

This “BAND FROM THE LAND” worship team was part of the 32 young Israelis who travelled from Israel to attend the Messianic Jewish Alliance of America Conference at Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania last July.
The trip was sponsored both by the MJAA and Maoz Israel Ministries.
This year, again 32 more Israelis from 10 Israeli congregations are going with a powerful group of worship leaders and musicians among us!
An amazing gift of $20,000 has been given to us through a private trust fund for the tickets and expenses of the trips. The Israelis are themselves paying for part of their trip. And the MJAA is again partnering with us to pay for the conference, room and board and fees.
So this year, the cost to Maoz will be less than last year. Our portion is $22,000.

While the god of Mohammed is seeking out young people who are literally ready to kill and be killed, our God has sent us to seek and save those who are lost!
As you can see, we have a strong emphasis at Maoz to reach, teach, encourage, mentor and support our Israeli youth.
Producing media, publishing books and eBooks, arranging leadership conferences, carefully overseeing funds for the needy, developing social media and partnering with other Israeli ministries to advance the Gospel, all take a very devoted, motivated and efficient team.
As you can imagine, it takes a long time to find top-notch talent for a ministry like Maoz that has such varied outreaches – and exists in a country with a very small pool of believing experts.
So we don’t forget for a moment that the staff we have is an obvious and precious gift from God. And we are now adding super-talented people for wider media outreach.
Shai Sol’s music video will be one of many in our outreach to the youth of Israel. Music videos are not cheap, but they are certainly one of the most powerful ways to reach the younger generations.
Shai is also one of the 32 Israelis planning to go to the MJAA conference. In fact, the young people are from 10 different Israeli congregations. And for the fourth year in a row, Israeli musicians are going to be leading worship and giving musical concerts at the conference.
