I want to thank many of you for correcting me on Jim Yong Kim” since he’s the president of World Bank Group and not the head of the WTO. OOPS! But he may as well be though since both positions are so closely aligned. But thanks everyone….lol… Yes we need to get the FACTS right!
Even though I keep repeating what we should now be looking for I have also been presenting PROGRESS to you slowly but surely. There has been a much needed, more accelerated progress in Economic Reform and Currency Reform as of lately. I have been explaining it to you as the news comes out.
Parliament is now in session way over a week already and we have not yet seen much on the needed laws we have been waiting for. But we know last weekend there was a huge meeting to talk about the stalling and to get support from all the regional leaders. So far I have heard the meeting was a success but still we do not see the laws on parliament’s agenda.
Earlier this week we heard confirmation that the Amnesty law is agreed upon by all and ready for a final vote. Will they vote on it soon?
The 2016 budget has also been passed, ratified and in the gazette. It is now open for spending allocations, but no RV (as I said it is NOT any indicator of the RV anyhow, it was not in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and it is not in 2016).
We are hearing the government wants to go electronic this month for payment of salaries. They have told us this is the delay in getting the e-dinar process set up. I will also warn everyone to stop listening to these so called intel “gurus” who filled your head with goop about paying these salaries and how they are going to pay in the new rate ($3.71) and this RV is the hold up. Really? For them everything is the RV, just not so.
I can say without a shadow of a doubt that there is absolutely NO CONNECTION between payments of these salaries and the RV. Whoever started this rumor anyhow?
Instead the real issue for Iraq is to combat corruption and bribery and simply trying to find ways to prevent it when paying these salaries. Now they have a plan with the e-dinar. This they are trying to avoid so the money stays in the hands of the citizens. Also in my last news letter I told you that the CBI is offering 18% interest in savings accounts to motivate people to KEEP THEIR MONEY IN THE BANKS once they receive their e-dinar deposits. This will also help in stabilizing the dinar value all around, something the IMF requires and is “now a barrier to having a global currency”. It will also help in liquidity so the banks will have more to loan.
What I am trying to do in my news letter is inform us all on currency reform and how the economic reforms and the new laws effect it. I know there is so much going on in the world today and many think it is going to hell in a hen basket. Some want you to believe it is all about a GCR. I tell you one more time there is no such thing as a GCR. It is all total nonsense to justify their other hype. So let’s try to stay on track and follow this Iraqi dinar saga and the rest will fall into place as you will see I am correct in the long run.
So these days I see more information on the forums about Iran than Iraq. Seems once again these so called intel “gurus” got you all hyped up over the Iranian Rial and you fell for the crap hook, line and sinker. There are economic experts and financial analyst warning you about buying the currency, yet you prevail and continue to purchase it. I have told you about the massive propaganda campaign from Iraq as they know your vulnerability (and stupidity). I have said my peace and warned you for the last time. When all is said and done just remember – I tried to help all you “hopium” people but I can not create miracle. You must listen and act for yourselves.
I am not saying all the other news is not significant or important but, if we are concerned in finding out when we can expect the Iraqi dinar to revalue (payout our investment), then why not follow the best source of information direct from the horse’s mouth like from Iraq itself i.e. CBI, Finance Ministry and Parliament. So this is what I plan to continue doing. Sorry for those who want something else. No conspiracy stuff here. This news letter is about the Iraqi dinar revaluation and its process and timing.

Today is Wednesday Febuary 3rd 2016 and we made it to Feb already and still no RV. Oh – but I though all you intel “gurus” told us the RV was imminent. Really? That was back in December or was it October, no- I think it was August….lol….lol…..
Gee Wizz I can remember like it was just yesterday these gurus were bashing Mnt Goat saying she was crazy and the RV would never get past June 2015…Really.
There is another guy too who keeps saying his next call will be a “celebration call” and this has been going on now for over a year. Really? Sounds to me like you are already celebrating prior to having your call…lol…lol..
They could not back up their claims as Mnt Goat did. All they say is some “high level” sources told them. Really? Must be so high and maybe they are having their celebration together prior to their calls….lol…lol…
Yes – you are probably saying Mnt Goat is being naughty girl today but we all just have to laugh as all this nonsense and the people who are orchestrating it all. I must keep laughing, since if I don’t, I will cry at all the stupidity. I say this because I know what is really going on and I know the trouble makers who are putting out this garbage intel.
I have repeatedly warned all these so called intel “gurus” of it and so at this point in time I have no pity on them since they are still persistent and stubborn even after knowing the truth.
Again I want to warn everyone about this NASARA nonsense. I remember this garbage going back to the 1980’s and it has been proven these people are nothing more than a conspiracy to overthrow the US government and create confusion and try to justify a delay. There is also strong evidence to point to terrorism too.
The USA will hold a general election come November and freely elect a new president. I can guarantee it ! A coupe de estat is not needed. All this idiot talk about the military being on the side of these instigators. Do you know who they really are and what they are trying to do? Do you realize this is treason now punishable under the terrorist laws? I even heard talk that China is deciding who is going to be the temporary president afterwards before elections can be held. Really? Then I heard they expect Obama and Biden to just step down soon. Really?
How foolish and ignorant of anyone to believe this nonsense. I even heard one guy on a call state he does not know what to believe since NONE of what they have said over the many years has come true, yet he persist in staying with them and propagating their nonsense. This is truly insane (doing the same thing over and over again getting the same results but expecting differently).
They say they are arresting people for not adhering to the constitution? Really? Do not do that already with our law enforcement? If this is true, as they claim I ask them to show me the arrest warrants for everyone so far arrested under their cause. When asked they can’t produce it. Why? BECAUSE THERE WERE NO ARRESTS UNDER NESARA BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT ARRESTED ANYONE NOR WILL THEY EVER HAVE ANY POWER (as they claim)TO ARREST ANYONE.
Every time I researched one of their claims I either came up empty handed or went down a rabbit hole. That is NASARA – nothing more than a dead bill long overdue to be forgotten. They have since made themselves into an organization and piggyback off this dead bill. They use the bill as their crutch and mainstream for their cause.
As I said in previous news letters these people are taking isolated events, then taking credit for them to create an ounce of truth, an appearance of legitimacy to back up their claims. It is the same old scammers just a new name. Oh yes they have an agenda all right – TO OVERTHROW THE US GOVERNMENT ! Get it ? As usual, many of you lost sheep follow along so blindly. WAKEUP!

Did it ever occur to you this is a coup upon the US government and this is treason? Maybe even terrorism?
The FACT is the NASARA law was NEVER PASSED by USA Congress and was overwhelmingly rejected. It is not even in the Federal Register. Go research for yourself. If it was in the Federal Register the government would be obliged to implement it way before now.
So please do your research and stop listening to all this nonsense on these calls about going back the original Republic. A country evolves over time and the USA has done it all legally. These sinister people are once again taking advantage of you at a time of vulnerability. They want to get you all stirred up. They make you believe (like so many other charlatans) that this will get you the RV much sooner than later. They have integrated the GCR into their propaganda. So what was their delay in establishing the new Republic back in the 80’s? Then what about the 90’s? Like I said they piggyback off of events and use them to their advantage to try to sucker you into their cause. The cause is a coup.
Many of these so called anonymous “guest speakers” on their calls want to appear very neutral. But on the other end they have the NASARA agenda and it comes out when you listen to what they say. Of course they are always very careful and need to word it just right to stay neutral (so to stay out of jail).
Funny too that on the last call (my Hubby and I listened to) they talked about funding the new Republic. Really? They said a “quadtrillion amount of money is ready to back the new republic” when it is triggered. Really?
Folks do you have any idea just how much money this is? Then they say the new economy will be a gold back currency. Really? Then where in hell is all this gold to back it up? You would have to have a building 5 square miles with pallets of gold bars stacked 8 feet high on 4’ x 5’ skids ( I am being conservative). So then where is this “secret” warehouse with all the gold…lol…lol…Oh- they say it was loot from WWII left by the Japanese found in the Philippines after the war. At least that’s their latest story. It has changed from what I heaed since the 1980’s.
Folks I am trying to help everyone use their God given common sense and see through all this crap and they is just what it is. It is not just the NASARA group but many others too and you all hear and listen on their calls. They brag about how many callers they have as if this justifies their nonsense.
If there are issues with the current US Constitution it provides way to amend it legally and as a democracy for all the people to participate and not just some small group and its followers and what they want. Yes they tell you that what they want is good for all the people. Really? Is this how a democracy works?
Write to your Congressman and Senators they do listen. As a critical mass you do count and you can make a difference. If you have complaints about the government and the direction it is taking then look in the mirror and you will see the culprit. Lack of participation in a democracy causes leaders to then believe they have more power than they really should have. So if you feel powerless or you don’t like what you see then put the right man or woman in the Whitehouse, Senate or Congress that can make a difference. You don’t need some NASARA rag bag groups of conspirators to lead you.

Update: Needed Laws
We see more payments for oil to Kudistan from the once disputed region of Kirkuk. Remember I just talked to you about this and that this was a major dispute over the HCL. Now lets see if they will announce the completion and passed of the HCL law. See article below.

Wouldn’t you be mad too if you had constitutional rights to these oil fields, as Article 140 of the Irai constitution gives to Kurds? Wouldn’t you use this grievance to withhold support for other laws too in parliament to get your way? We are hearing an aweful lot about this Kirkuk oil lately and how it is effecting the HCL law. Can this finally be all resolved?

Announced the governor of Kirkuk, Najm al-Din Karim, on Monday, that the province received the first batch of dues oil sales from the Kurdistan region, amounting to $ 10 million within the petro-dollar allocations.
Karim said in a press statement received / Baghdadi News /, copy it, that “Kirkuk province received $ 10 million from the first dues petro-dollar down payment.”
He added that “the move is good for the continuity of services and work to complete the ongoing projects that stops working out three years ago because of the financial benefits of Kirkuk exchange.”
And that “after the agreement between Arbil and Baghdad to export oil through the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Kurdistan Region Government of the Territory have become obliged to pay dues Kirkuk oil source to maintain the fields,” adding that “Kirkuk is deprived of her financial rights obtained from right to petrodollars for years 2013 and 2014 and 2015 as a result of political and economic conditions for all the information. ”

Update: Economic Reforms
I bring you the following article because it is right in line as to what the IMF has asked Iraq to do in payment to contractors outside of Iraq. Do you remember the press release on the MOU dated JAN 12th 2016. I presented this to you and a link to the UN site so you could read this for yourself. Well now we see yet another item being addressed. This is one of the items mandated by the IMF. It includes that Iraq pay (or find ways to consistently pay) all contractor debt for those businesses (i.e. oil companies) coming into Iraq to do business. This was a huge item since Kurdistan was consistently paying Exxon/Mobil late and even had to be sued in international courts at one time to receive their payments. This will become easier for them once they are back to the global online banking system.
By the way Kurdistan was not trying to “stiff” Exxon/Moble in the past. There was some confusion as to the amount owed and records were confusing over this oil from Kirkuk. So now they hope to have the means to clarify their billing process with oil companies in the future and actually make it easier.

KURDISTAN DECLARES CHANGE THE PAYMENT OF OIL COMPANIES OPERATING IN THE REGION MECHANISM

The Ministry of Natural Resources in the Kurdistan Regional Government, on Monday, to change the method of payment of financial dues to oil companies operating in Kurdistan.
The ministry said in a statement seen by Agency / information /, said that “monthly payments offered by the Kurdistan Regional Government to global oil production major, will be based on contractual entitlements under production-sharing according to the contract that governs all license as of January 1, 2016, to be replaced replace the temporary payment arrangements in place since last September. ”
The statement added that “the company payments for 2016 will reflect the income from each oil field on the basis of net revenue, taking into account differences in the quality of the extracted crude oil compared to prices of Brent crude oil, in addition to the discount applicable transportation fees.”
He continued that “in addition to the benefits mentioned above, the Kurdistan Regional Government will pay a further boost, the equivalent of five percent of the monthly income of the net return for each field, to compensate for the international oil companies that did not recover dues from the Government of the province.”

Update: Fighting ISIS
It is my opinion that the battle for Mosul will not be long. I vase this statement on all the planning I see and my conversations with many of my friends now stationed in the area. I can see they plan to move this along as quickly as possible and do not plan on a protracted battle field. They tell me the main objective is NOT to let anyone escape back into Syria or to the other Iraqi regions. Once boots on the ground are established sufficiently, they intend to surround them, cut off all logistics, resupply and communications. Then go for the kill. I believe they are still planning within the end of Feb timeframe for completion of this campaign.

The U.S.-led coalition fighting Islamic State aims this year to recapture Iraq’s second city Mosul, working with Iraqi government forces, and drive the jihadis out of Raqqa, their stronghold in northeast Syria, Arab and Western officials say.
If it succeeds, the coalition will have struck a crippling blow against Islamic State’s self-proclaimed caliphate in Iraq and Syria.
The strategy is to regain territory at the heart of ISIS’s cross-border state, take both its “capitals,” and destroy the confidence of its fighters that it can expand as a Sunni caliphate and magnet for jihadis, according to these Arab and Western officials, few of whom were willing to speak on the record on a matter of such strategic sensitivity.
“The plan is to hit them in Raqqa in Syria and in Iraq at Mosul, to crush their capitals,” said an Iraqi official with knowledge of the strategy. “I think there is some speed and urgency by the coalition , by the U.S. administration and by us to end this year with the regaining of control over all territory.”
“Iraqi officials say 2016 will witness the elimination of Daesh (IS) and the Americans have the same idea – get the job finished, then they can withdraw and (President Barack) Obama will have a legacy,” said a diplomat in Baghdad, emphasizing the Iraqi part of the operation. “The day Mosul is liberated, Daesh will be defeated.”

US SPECIAL FORCES WILL TAKE PART IN COMBAT OPERATIONS ON THE BORDERS OF IRAQ AND SYRIA

A spokesman for the international coalition Colonel Steven Warren said US special forces would come to Iraq.
Warren said at a news conference in Baghdad that “small special force will come to support the Iraqi forces to secure the border between Iraq and Syria, and its mission to collect intelligence and conduct some raids against Daash in order to prevent terrorists to cross the border.”
