I dabble on a number of crafts but most often, polymer clay since I accept commissioned orders for it. And while it is enjoyable to express myself and get paid while doing it, I also need to do something different and deviate from the regular programming once in a while. Two days ago, I successfully finished a really big commissioned order. And after working on polymer clay for about three weeks straight, I craved for a different yet equally enjoyable activity and that is paper crafting. I bought some new crafting supplies abroad (mostly punchers, pliers and slicer) and they arrived this week. I took them out yesterday along with my old toys. These are some of yesterday’s output:

Those stamp pads were bought last year but I never got around using them, along with the new stamps. I just opened them yesterday. The 2” scallop puncher was on sale so I bought it though I was only eyeing the 1” round stamp. (Now you know the magic word – SALE!) I took out my wrapping paper books too – I have a LOT! But I can’t seem to find the courage to cut them! But I’ve already made some envelopes so I just used those leftover parts to punch some tags.

I was not able to make a lot though. I was still hoping for some sleep plus some time to watch some of my favorite TV series. But just the same, I had fun and I hope to do more paper crafting this weekend.
