There are people talking about Thermo Heat, so in our review, we’ll take a closer look at the ingredients, side effects, clinical research and customer service. We analyzed hundreds of comments and reviews. We then summarized and refined to give you the info you need.

EDITOR'S TIP: Substitute Thermo Heat with a proven fat burner such as Leptigen for better results.

What You Need to Know

Thermo Heat fat burner contains bitter orange fruit, n-acetyl-l-tyrosine, 250 mg of caffeine, holybasil leaf, Japanese sophora, cayenne pepper fruit and velvet bean seed, among others. The recommended serving is two capsules per day, which supposedly promotes weight-loss. You can use this one easily enough, a benefit.

The product, introduced as a fat burner in 1992 by Advanced Molecular Labs, does contain natural ingredients, a good start. Dieters can shop for the supplement on the official website and through online retailers. We do like that the company has been in business for more than 20 years and that we located some positive customer comments, but read on…

Jitters and Shakes

The first negative about Thermo Heat ingredients were reported jitters. “There are many weight-loss supplements that contain stimulants because they are proven to boost metabolism,” said our Research Editor. “But, if you get too much of a good thing that can cause problems.”

“That is a lot of caffeine. Caffeine makes me super sweaty and shaky…and almost nervous. Not productive at all!,” said a customer.

“That is a lot of caffeine. My heart tends to do funky things when I am amped up,” reported a dieter.

Upset Stomach – “Yucky!”

Customer comments spoke about another of the Thermo Heat side effects – upset stomach. “Upset Stomach (if you don’t eat, arguably the most apparent and will make you want to quit after pill 1), elevated heart rate, elevated blood pressure, excess sweating,” said a dieter.

“NEVER take this pill on an empty stomach! Gave me the worst stomach ache!!,” reported a customer.

“Made me sick taking it… Waste of money hopefully this product doesn’t kill anyone,” commented a user.

Based on our research and experience, it only takes something small, like upset stomach, to reduce the chances of long-term success. If Thermo Heat is associated with jitteriness and stomach issues, dieters may want to choose a different supplement.

The Science

While the official Thermo Heat website provides a long list of clinical research associated with the active ingredients, there are no proof the complete formula is more effective than other supplements. We found facts linking the formula to negative reactions. There are side effects linked to bitter orange extract, which is also known as synephrine. When combined with caffeine it “increases the risk for high blood pressure, fainting…and other severe side effects.” At DietSpotlight, locating evidence a product works is critical. If Thermo Heat is ineffective and causes adverse reactions, we walk away.

The Bottom Line

After taking a closer look at Thermo Heat, we’ve come to a verdict. We like that the company has been in business for years and that we found some positive customer comments, but we can’t recommend it because the scientific research is inconclusive. Plus, we’re concerned that stomach issues and jitters could leave dieters worse off.

If you want to lose extra pounds, we recommend going with a supplement supported by published clinical research and no reports of negative side effects.

One of the best supplements we’ve come across in 2015 is one called Leptigen. The product contains a formula consisting of a four-ingredient proprietary blend, which has been shown in published clinical studies to help promote fat loss and enhance metabolism. No one is talking about negative side effects, but customers are commenting about seeing excellent results.

The company that makes Leptigen is providing a special trial offer, an impressive sign of confidence in the supplement.
