She says,”Good food can help regulate stress, improve immunity, power us through the day, help concentration and enable us to lead a healthier lifestyle”. Talking about good food, breakfast is the most important meal of the day should be rich is all vital nutrients. Here’s a perfect breakfast recipe shared with us by the diva herself. It is called healthy oats chilla. As you all know oats are an amazing source of nutrients like fibre,vitamin E and essential fatty acids, you may also want to know the surprising health benefits of oats. Here goes the recipe:

Ingredients:

1 cup oats

1 and a half cup buttermilk

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp roasted cumin

1 green chilly

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp red chili powder

salt as per taste

Method:

Heat a pan. Roast oats in it for some time and put it in a mixer grinder. Powder it well. Add buttermilk, ginger paste, cumin, chilli, cayenne pepper, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt to it. Beat it once more till it forms a semi thick paste. Heat another pan and grease it with oil. Pour the mixture and form a small pancake. Remove once golden brown.
